He got Swansea promoted into the Premier League.
Took over Liverpool when they finished 8th or something, improved them slightly the first year then nearly won the title in his third year.
Took over Deila's rubbish Celtic side and won back to back trebles, including going a whole season unbeaten domestically. No one got near his Celtic team in all reality.
Went to Leicester when they were 12th I think and finished 9th, then had two top five finishes and won an FA Cup. 
He's clearly a good manager. He's probably the last person as a realistic candidate I'd like to see in their Manager's office.

Plenty of other teams have been financially doping for years. But because City are dominating the EPL you have the so called Big Clubs putting pressure on the FA and the League to make an example of City. 
Can't call them cheats just because they have the best squad and best manager. Football is played on the pitch. Who gives a fuck how the sponsorship money is tallied up. 
It's a reminder of the witch hunt and title stripping pish we went through with Rangers when both Arsenal and Liverpool used the same legal tax loophole that we got vilified for. Unjustly when both English clubs were able to pay a fine to the tax man.

Not every player we bring in needs to fit the sell on model fs. Sometimes you need to bring in a bit of experience Butland will be a good signing for us and if we can get 3 or 4 seasons out him then that’s perfect. To get him on a free is a no brainier be madness not to bring him in.

Hopeful we can do it, but I do feel the taigs will batter Hearts. There is a scenario, I think, where it could come to goals scored.
