I had the exact same problem it took me an hour and half,I then had to put my bank card number in manually when it was already stored on the website,I got one in the end,I also contacted them by email,I received the usual email about the site being busy and someone emailed to say if I emailed my phone number they would help but I had already purchased it by then.

I think its about our celebrations against St.Mirren and the following day when they drew at Tannadice,that's why Lawwell says it was nothing to do with them,still a completely different attitude in dealing with the two club's.

I gave up last night,but got got on straight away this morning,I logged on to my Rangers account first,don’t know if that makes a difference,it was quite straight forward after that.

I’ve went from 1426 to 1604 points,no idea why,apart from viewing home games points were given out buying one of ladies team games,the live watch party for the Antwerp game and buying some match programmes but it doesn’t add up to that big a difference,I would think some points will drop off the system when it’s worked out for next season,I think it went back five seasons when it started but I’m not sure.

I could be wrong mate but I don't think you ticked the boxes for away games this season,I think you phone when each away game tickets become available and you get points for that and attending home games, etc and then points come into play for semi finals and finals.
