Scratching my head, just dont see a solution. If a new manager comes in and turns this squad into a half decent footballing side he should be given a knighthood. Replacing one crap player for another crap player until that crap player loses form/confidence then in steps another crap player.and round and round we go. Wallace and Macleod are our only decent players and even they have there critics.

No I dont think it is acceptable but I'm not Ally just a fickle fan. I will continue to support Ally because he has stood by the club and if you heard his comments at the start of the season when he was trying to point out to fans like me that this was going to be tough and we are now up against better teams he was ridiiculed on here for telling it like it is. I am now of the opinion that the manager always new that the players he brought in had done their job(promotion) but there was a possibility that they might fall short in this league. Was on holiday at Weymss bay caravan park when this was played. Remeber hearing about the great goals but dont think any footage was found till years later.

Am trying to be positive. It wont surprise me at all if we drop points v QOS but I dont think bottle is the main problem. We just have very poor players (by Rangers standards) and a large part of our support are begining to realise this. The media go on about what great players we have compared to the rest and this feeds into a lot of us believing that the manager is the main reason for our poor play. I dont know if Ally can turn it around but am pretty sure without new players no manager can.I would say our side is about as good as an Inverness or Dundee utd if we play well and have no injuries and so are Hearts.

Last game of the season is v Hearts away I would take being 2 pts behind gong into that game. They are still haunted by throwing away the league in 86 so major botle crash is predicted and yet another title for the Bears on a final day of a season.

Agree with some of your suggestions but changing the manager will not bring improvement. The only thing that will bring improvement is better players. Ally has brought these players in and must take some of the blame, he went down the experienced journey man route and in hindnsight probably the wrong strategy. I think the manager was forced down this route however because he knew our youngsters were not good enough to gaurentee promotion. We are now facing better teams in this division and we've been 'funoot'. Is it not possible that our squad is really poor and without decent funds we will remain so,even under a different manager? Take Wallace and Macleod out the team and we really are dire.Not giving up on winning the league just yet, but never been less confident after the last couple of games.

Looks no bad on paper

Gallagher looks ok but its depressing if he's our best hope of improving the team,he has yet to be capped at any level Coming to the conclusion that the widely held belief that we have the 2nd best squad on paper in Scotland is bullshit I just had a look at the Hearts squad(wiki) there youth players all have umpteen international caps and they have some decent foreign players that are at the very least a match for Black and Law. Sow would be a better striker than any of ours. We badly need investment in new players but it looks like if anything we will be downgrading by selling Macleod or Wallace. We have the 2nd most expensive squad for sure but they are not the 2nd best on ability imo.

When Temps misses a chance or makes a mistake he goes into his shell. Aird doesn't I think Temps is the better player but its all about attitude, cant afford any passangers
