Where is it in written that Webster has signed for Rangers and has been given the number 23 shirt? On the official website in the squad section has websters name and his squad number so a think that pretty much confirms the signin I cant find it. It's there. Just have a wee look.

Only seen him a few times on the "boston goals" part of Soccer AM. Looks a half decent player though.

Yah, he is a ready made replacement for Raul, Torres, Morientes, Villa, etc. Think he has a better chance of getting infront of O'Connor and co.

That sounds like a deal that happens in America - not paying his full wages etc. I guess he would do well but can you imagine him playing at a wet cold Inverness in the middle of December?

Does that mean he can play for Scotland? Or just be a citizen?

I saw Webster play once for Wigan and he ballsed up for a goal. Don't know how he will do but has to be better than what we have at the moment.

He was denied a last appearance at Ibrox by Jim Jefferies if I remember rightly. I guess he could give himself a debut/finale game
