Once again I’ll reiterate folk on here have short memories and were calling for Tav’s head before clement came in , He was getting called spineless and a cereal loser 😂. We do this year after year at Rangers we hold onto players for far too long it’s what fucked us after 55 . Would be a great ending to his time at Rangers to lift the treble and move on either into retirement or somewhere else so we can move on and build for the future
No it wouldn't.

what if he was to stay fit for the remainder of the season, scoring a barrel load of goals, helping to secure the treble, would people be against him being offered a 6 month extension, with caveats inserted stating if he breaks down again then everything is over, but if he stays fit and keeps scoring, then another 6 month extension next Jan?
No

It's not the 1980s. Football players don't retire in their early 30s unless they have to.

Just now, bluenoz said:An extension will be determined by the last ten games. Stay fit and contribute to a treble, then I don't see why not. Get injured or don't contribute and he has no chance of a new deal.
He could score in the next 10 games and still shouldn't get an extension.

Scrap that anyway I’ve been misinformed. CL is the week after. Only saving grace might that there is a full Premier League card on that week.
Looks like BT sports have those games.

Whe we come back there was only Hibs and the filth at home before the split. We'll need to play 3 games in a week.
There's Ross County.

There is the midweek after the scum game and the week after that
I don't think it'll be after the Ross County game. We should push for it to be the game after the tarriers though.

Mate works in bar at St Andrews, he’s hearing there’s eighteen booked in for a 11am tee off, name on booking, Van Der Hayden.
Is the pitch isn't playable I very much doubt a golf course is.

Doesn't look like there's any English games on sky today with it being FA cup week.

Unlikely when on Sky.
The last game against them kicked off late. There's always games on two channels at once so there will be space in the program.
-
Hopefully a late kick off worst case.

Let’s see how Simms done against most of the shite in the Championship, and gauge it against how Dessers done against Betis?
2 goals in his first 24 league games.

I’ll give you that mate, but our boy has missed some shocking chances. We will not get better with Dessers. Simms imo would have done a better job for us. Fuck Beale!
Simms missed an open goal from 3 yards out. The goalkeeper actually stopped it going out for a goal kick.

Aye, but he’s had a good week. Must mean he’s good enough to buy him
We would have won the Europa league with him

So, still better than Dessers! 🤣
By which measure? He's scored fewer goals and has fewer assists from a similar number of games and minutes.
-
I've no seen Simms since he was with Hearts and he was a diddy. Just watched the highlights of today's game and he missed an open goal from 3 yards out. Still a diddy then.

Not sure exact number but would say at least double that.
Probably the 5% we're obliged to in Europe.

Nah.
Last 16 of s European trophy. We've had fsntastic night's where Ibrox has been unbelievable and Thursday was nowhere near it.
Fuck it. Bigger games ahead!
It wasn't close to being flat.

Yeah that wasn’t going to happen and you know it.
I’m hoping for a draw against an LOI team in Dublin next year for laughs. Even at the earliest stages it would be an interesting experience.
There was a much higher chance of us reaching the final in Dublin than there is of us playing an Irish team in Europe next season.
