  1. Aaron's record at Celta Vigo since he left us = played 4 games scored 0 goals and that is in the Spanish 2nd division...Bardsley is sitting on the bench at Sunderland as understudy to Hutton lol, McCormack's not even 1st choice at a Championship team, Gow is not, never was and never will be good enough for Rangers, Sionko went to Copenhagen when he left us but wasn't playing this season so left for Sparta Prague in January, Sebo's only scored 5 goals in 2 and a half years at Valenciennes and Clement is still at PSG who are struggling in Ligue 1 again this season. Not 1 of them has set the heather on fire since leaving so i couldn't give a monkeys about any of them! lol Just read again there that Darcheville only played 1 whole 90 minute game for us...that stat still astounds me! I can only think of Gattuso thats really went on to bigger and better things after not getting a chance at Rangers.
  2. Just a bit surprised by this! Do they still play for the under-19s or something? http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/scottish_fa_news.cfm?page=128&newsCategoryID=6&newsID=5530
  3. "At this moment, if we had all of our experienced defenders, we might be winning 4-0, not drawing 4-4," Mowbray said. "We have scored 10 goals in three games; we might be untouchable. Let's wait and see when we get everybody up and running. We have suffered a little bit through unforeseen injuries to some key players." I really think they're putting something in the water over in the east end of Glasgow that makes them deluded! http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/feb/19/rangers-champions-league-place-spl? 4. http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/celtic/158295-robbie-keane-poor-pitches-havent-helped-me/ Robbie Keane: Poor pitches haven’t helped me Celtic star not impressed by surfaces at Aberdeen, Dunfermline and Kilmarnock after move from Tottenham Hotspur. Celtic striker Robbie Keane has said it is too early to judge his performances but said that the condition of Scottish pitches has not helped his game. The striker has scored twice in four appearances for Celtic, at Aberdeen and Dunfermline, but said he was looking forward to his second appearance at Parkhead. “I’ve only played one game at home and the rest have been away on bad pitches, which didn’t really help,” he said. “On Saturday [at Pittodrie], the pitch was horrendous. I’ve never played on one like that. “We just need to get a few back-to-back wins to kick us on. I’m looking forward to Saturday’s game against Dundee United. It will be nice to come back at Celtic Park and play on a bit of grass." Celtic let slip a two goal lead against Aberdeen to draw 4-4 and Keane said the side would be looking to make amends next tie out. With the Old Firm match against Rangers set for the following weekend, Celtic will be hoping to pick up three points to keep their SPL title hopes alive. “I think it’s important when you have a bad result – we didn’t lose, but we should have won – that you bounce back, and that’s what we are looking to do,” Keane said. “On Saturday we didn’t get the result we wanted and that we should have got. But that will come with games and a lot of the younger players getting experience.” The Republic of Ireland striker also said that he felt his personal form would improve. Keane said he wanted to be judged over his full loan spell at the club and not just his first few games. “The last few games, the keepers have been pulling off saves left, right and centre. You expect that when you come up here. People will try to do their best against you. That’s just the way it is,” he added. “I’ve got a couple of goals now, and I’m sure there will be a lot more to come before the end of the season. “There is always pressure as a striker to score. The hype about me coming up here obviously adds to the pressure but that’s outside pressure, it’s not within me. I’ve had pressure all my life playing at big clubs to score goals, which I’ve done. “Two goals in four games is not too bad. But I’ll be hoping that, come the end of the season, to score a lot of goals, touch wood, with no injuries. I’d like to get judged towards the end of the season rather than four games in.” Last updated: 18 February 2010, 13:33 “The last few games, the keepers have been pulling off saves left, right and centre" sure its not just you not being able to finish ya sack!
  5. I would say Wilson isn't playing because he got dominated in the air by Higdon and Mehmet in the 1st game and having Weir and Bougherra in there we will be able to deal with that threat easier
  6. No, players should be played in their most natural position as much as possible.
  7. I agree, liking the new layout! Although it might take a bit of getting used to!
  8. Its fuckin laughable how biased the commentary is! The commentary when Lafferty had his shot at the very start of the 1st half and they never even mentioned how well he did to create space for himself and get a good shot in, they just commented on the keeper's save which was an easy save in all truth. Also how much they went on about those fuckin moroccan's was making me sick...Yes they did have a few good touches but McGregor only had like 1 save to make the whole game! Walker + Crocker =

  15. Anybody else wondering who the fuck made that video up and if they were all there in the head? King Kyle? You're having a giraffe son!
  16. They deal with the new season tickets before they deal with seat transfers so cancelling and getting a new one would be dealt with quicker but if you are on the CCS then you'd have to set it up again and lose priority for cup finals etc
  17. Good news if true...Mendes has never been a consistent performer. Would much rather keep Boyd than Mendes right now!
  18. "I don't like Irish, so i didn't like O'Neill. Which means i needed to like Strachan. Which means i can't like Mowbray" Surely that wasn't in the chairman's speech!?
