What's the appeal with Gallardo? 1 title with the most successful club in Argentina doesn't seem impressive? I know nothing about that league and he's obviously really highly rated so must have something but don't see why all the excitement?

Steven Davis is not a mouse and I've certainly watched games where he's had a go at others when they're not at it. 
He's a communicator and he has his own style. He leads by example.
