  1. Agree. While all eyes are obviously on the domestic front for good reason, (big) if we can get some sort of result and a good performance on Thursday it would have a positive affect on the squad following the poor show on Saturday and the quite frankly dire first half against Killie. Another big if I know, but should we make it to the quarters then I can guarantee you that many a thought will start to be had about the possibility of Dublin even with the overriding importance of the domestic scene this season..
  2. With the added workload of a very tough European tie coming up, still would much rather be in our position than theirs ATM, they will be spewing at the sight of the League table tonight
  3. Agreed, however what is done is done, and arguably today is an even bigger kick in the baws for Them, they would have been so confident of going top today, the momentum they thought they had gained from Dundee lying down to them has been destroyed.
  4. Should have passed it across for a tap in, saw the newspaper headlines unfortunately.
  5. Going to be a long 11 minutes and as long as it takes for them to score 3 time.
  6. C'mon Hearts, stop giving these cunts a sniff.
  7. Emergency session of the UN being called as we speak.
  8. That wee Japanese shit is dangerous. Would be nice if Potsofglue came in for him in the summer.
  9. A leisurely stroll to Lands End and back.
  10. Why do we even bother with corner?. Complete waste of time.
  11. We are now praying that nothing happens to Dessers and hoping against hope that somehow Roofe can survive more than one game before the inevitable break down. With Europe now imminent, these injuries could cost us dear in the coming weeks. Hopefully Clement and his team can get to the bottom of what has basically been a full time injury crisis for years now.
  12. Yeah, forgot for a moment about the Cortes injury, and I know I bang on about it, but I blame that bastard pitch 100%. We could of course be sent their for a third time in the league after the split, as obviously either us or Them will have to play Killie at home, no prizes for guessing who the neutral fixture computer will send to Injury Park for the third time.
  13. Be interesting to see if Clement makes changes again or sticks with the team that started second half against Killie and was obviously so much stronger than the team that started. I would also imagine/hope that our passing and movement will be a vast improvement from Wednesday now that we are back on a near perfect surface at home. Unusually for me, I think we could win this one by a few and hopefully send out another wee message to those desperately waiting for a slip up from us.
  14. Think it is season 25/26 once their training centre is up and running. So as I said above, still probably at least two games on that shitpile and hopefully avoid an away in the cups next season.
  15. Sadly we still have to play on that abomination of a surface at least twice next season, assuming Killie manage top six and we avoid an away cup tie against them. They have said they are going back to proper turf for season 2026, so I suppose we should be grateful for small mercies. With Livi looking to have finally run out of steam, we need to hope that Raith do not come up with their drastic plastic and perhaps a vote can finally be forced with the necessary majority to ban these health hazards from the top flight.
  16. This game tonight and the ones at Livi are the inspiration behind the popular phrase on here, three points and no injuries. Whilst we obviously have our own fake pitch at the training centre that will have been used in the preparation for tonight, ours is probably far better than the over sized doormats currently in use at Rugby Park and Almondvale. That being said, Kille are having a good season, so like many others on here, I am pretty sure that they will be difficult opponents tonight, so yes, three points however we get them, no injuries and up the road.
  17. Have to say, that was a great goal, would have been proud of that ourselves. Amazing what is happening now the fear factor is so obviously gone from that Mhob.
  18. Another straw I have seen being clutched at is the fact that Clement has never beaten Sellik. Never mind that he has only been in charge against Them once at the Piggery with no Bears present, where we were on the end of yet another honest referee/VAR mistake, and where we had Them hanging on at the end against ten men desperately waiting for the final whistle.
  19. Ways to go yet before the champagne corks can be popped, however I know where I would rather be at the moment, and it is not where they are. I have to say though, I do not know if I should be amused or irritated at the narrative gaining momentum in the media at the moment that Sellik have allowed Rangers to go top of the league, as if they have chosen to give us a wee go at top spot because it amuses them to tease us. We have fought our way to the top, we wiped out their lead and we are there on merit, not because we have been allowed to go top.
  20. We all know why they are hoarding cash. However they are also faced with a hefty bill for making safe the main stand at the Piggery with its dangerous roof. They may be waiting for Glasgow City Council to help out with that though, as it did when the Commonwealth games came to town and the Piggery got a spruce up on the public purse.
