No different to any other job. We’ve probably all worked with people who could be a lot better at their job but choose not to put the effort in.
 

He doesn't plays like a 5s showboater because of his position. He plays like that because he appears to have a lack of a sense of when to release a ball. When he's done enough to open space and then use it. He needs to learn how to be quicker, more direct, more efficient. Make better decisions. He needs a manager to tip the shite out of his head and find a way to get him to use his undoubted ability properly.
Until then he'll float around football never quite being a success, as he has been doing.

I came on here to say the exact same thing. He should he the number one target if and when we look for a replacement. Normally an ex-Chelsea manager would be out with our reach but he didn’t have a huge career before there and I think he could be brought in.
Also as that sort of head coach role he (short term) fits the role as he’s going to need with someone else’s players but longer term I’m sure he could be an old fashioned manager.

All kidding aside, why do you leave early? 
 
I sit next to three guys who regularly don’t appear back after half time and there’s an obese guy in front that spends ages trying to connect to the Wi-Fi, can’t puts his phone away then takes it back out and repeats. It’s annoying because he has to lift it up over his chest because of his belly waving it around like he’s wrestling a snake.
