Hate to put a negative spin on things but how successful can a manager really be in Scotland before he high tails it down south? He's on a 3 year deal but let's just say he is wildly successful, wins the league this year, wins the prem next year, wins a cup and does so playing passing football.... how do his "long-term" promises shape up when an English Premiership team comes chapping with a contract offer for him in excess of £4m per year? It's a catch 22, I hope he does well, but if he does too well, then he's off and the "long term vision" is up in smoke.
