He has his number because of the amount of fuck ups defensively tav has done whilst maeda has been playing against him. Are you trying to tell me tav has done well against him in recent games? -

Well expect another mistake and probable goal or assist for maeda because unfortunately he has tavs number imo. At least by springing a surprise it may help us gain some advantage. -

So for it to be a new phase celtic would have to have had control of Possession for instance? -

How many games in the last 3 or 4 years have we been guilty of doing this? Absolutely does my nut in. I know this is contentious etc etc.. but for the game at the knew camp I’d be tempted to put Stirling at RB just to cause maeda problems. Tav could be put further up. -

That is the question being asked on that Rangers FB page. -

So is that not a new phase when Taylor blocks the sima shot/cross? Did they not have the chance to reset then considering 2 of their players iirc tried to clear the ball at different times? -

Yeah, but I’m referencing the moment of the match Silva is tackled which was 0-2 not 0-1. -

Tbh I just accepted the foul and didn’t take much notice. But the screenshot I posted from a Rangers FB page has me asking what is the rules on phases and how far can they go back and make a decision on VAR? I am genuinely not sure. -

Correct. If it wasn’t for VAR Silva is booked and the game is still 0-2. -

Not sure what to make of this. Was the decision to chop off the goal correct because of the phase of play? There’s maybe an argument the phase was over when Taylor blocked simas shot/cross? -
Trying to remain positive although yesterday was a huge missed opportunity. It is still within our own hands thankfully. Win all games and the title is ours. To do that we will need a betis away performance at the knew camp.

Walters teams were filled with players who would break up their play out of possession throughout the years. It’s a requirement in old firms imo. -

I still can’t believe so many of our players initially shat the bed like that. Tav, Goldson , lunny, dio, lawrence, Silva, wright…. how can do many be off the boil that much? And wtf was butland doing for their 3rd goal? Deary me man fucking woeful all over. -

If the Lawrence foul for the chopped off goal counts this penalty award counts… mutants mate they don’t see sense. -

Yeah I know. The ref can award a yellow after the review though. He didn’t for johnstone and that’s my issue. -

I’m not sure, I haven’t seen it yet. Did he foul someone like johnstone? If he did then he should have been. -

It’s a yellow card ffs. Why did starfelt get booked for fouling sakala and giving away a penalty? Why did Katic get booked for fouling julien and giving away a penalty? -

Have you heard of persistent fouling? Why was Goldson, tav, Lawrence etc all asking Beaton to book him for if it wasn’t a yellow? -

Tav would be better just clearing his lines against them when one on one. Cost us so many weak fucking goals fannying about. -

Seems to work for them no bother. -

I get that but we have gave them penalties and been booked for it before, Katic springs to mind. -

I’m so surprised by PC today. That starting line up is his first mistake imo. He needs to learn to play to our strengths against them. Hopefully his options are better when we meet next. -

It does to me. Letting in that 3rd goal was atrocious straight after scoring. Whole defence was shite today and that 3rd goal proved it. -

Sima could be massive for us given match fitness. -
