Exactly mate even just look over the past decade or so and name the strikers both we and they have had you're lucky if we have 2 or 3 worth while talking about entirelt where as they have up until this season at least two pretty solid strikers every year then add in wingers and mids who score.

Struggles with any physical part of the game and while he has pace he only really seems to use it to run onto a ball but often slows down once he does and has a limited end product. He has a lot of effort but his two most glaring attributes to me are his defensive liabilities/ physicality and for a winger he doesn't really take full backs on at best you'll get a short run into the middle and a pass off. Definitely worthy of a place in the squad but despite his age I don't personally see enough for him to be a first team starter long term. I know Kent had somewhat downed tools thay last season but to say Ross is a step up from him is madness. A ST and a RW are two must haves.

It's been the same problem for years and while fight and effort etc all play a part the more obvious issue is: SCORING GOALS Plain and simple, we've struggled with a lack of quality up top in forward positions continually scoring goals especially on the big occasions domestically while they've had that in abundance for a decade or so more and it lends them more consistency for long league campaigns.

I've always felt tavs best assists come from deep early crosses in open play

That's the difference and always has been just better quality at scoring goals, a striker / right winger is paramount if we want to challenge the rest of the season -

Can't remember the last time we've had this many clear cut chances at parkhead. Feels like another reminder that the set up and effort is there but we still lack killers in front of goal too often. -
That's the irritating thing we always seem to be overloaded on one side haha if we still had a Sakala/Kent or even Aribo/Tilman to help we'd be far stronger in the front line. Need another Striker in I still feel but if Dessers keeps up current form we may well start firing in enough goals to bring in the silverware.

Tbf I've got two mates that can't get a ST for the life of them and they're trying constantly. I'd say most of those games also didn't sell put because we're fucking shite to watch with players who bore the arse off everyone, only really with the new manager has there been some excitement.

Genuinely can't believe we ended that game in a positive light for the league lol probably the best case scenario it didn't paper over the cracked for positions we clearly need to improve but on the other hand we're in good stead for all 4 competitions -
It's not the most fair example as well when he's what 29 while guys like Boyd and Defo have plenty of seasons way past their best
-
Definitely got me on board right away couldn't believe the difference today just from set up and effort alone Fucking brilliant
-
The goals need a bit of context though a few good ones in there but he also gets lucky a good amount and even has another classic shot that bounces off his back and flies in the other corner haha. The biggest concern for me though is he seems to have totally lost a few yards of pace since his last injury.

What we really need is money spent on an actual experienced and successful manager with attacking football and on players who can actually attack and win said football games

Most of the time it's at night mate aye
-
Me and a few others have a RM pro clubs team been going for years now but more are welcome we've got around 5-7 players who play regularly enough
-
Depends how good you are haha, we tend to try fit everyone's preffered places but obviously some nights people can't get on so we switch about
-
If anyone on PS5 or Xbox (since crossplay is available) wants involved in the pro clubs with a few Bears let me or Dan Deacon on here know well add you into the chat. Think we've got between 5-7 regular players these days but obviously everybody isn't on every night lol.

Think the new clubs set up still looks good tbh, our Rangers pro clubs squad we made a few years back is still going strong as well haha
-
Will make our pro clubs team all the better wee bit more in the head to heads with fans of that lot as well
-
I don't think so tbh we lack pace, power and skill all over the park. - we still lack width / wingers - Jury is still out on basically all of our forwards - Defence has the same weakness
-
I've already cancelled my CSCS last week and doubt I'll bother with the group stage tickets this time either totally fed up with it and shits hard enough to pay for every month without forking out 100s for that pish on the pitch

Same issues that been there since pre season and previous seasons and we've went a built a squad with possibly duds and terrible tactics to help them Beyond fed up with us being second fiddle, they are a bit less intense and star studded from the past two seasons imo yet still look a lot better than us in a few areas. Don't have energy to even discuss it much further.
