Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha has said that he believes details of his work are being leaked by Ibrox insiders and has vowed to "seal" the club.

News has emerged of players being told that they have no future at Ibrox, including veteran defender Clint Hill being informed that his contract will not be renewed.

Caixinha is unhappy that his interactions with the squad are being made public and insisted an investigation was underway to find the source and deal with it.

"The majority of the speculations are coming from inside and that's my main concern," he said. "If they are coming from inside then I can't stay happy with that situation.

"We first have to identify it and then seal it. We are a big club and big clubs cannot have this sort of behaviour.

"We rule and manage from the inside out, not the other way. At least when I am here that is going to be the way we work.

    "No leaks. No leaks.

"I don't care [who is responsible]. I'll just tell you that we are working on it, not myself but those responsible within the club, but it's definitely one point that we need to understand.

"I don't care if it's destabilising or not. Not for myself, it's something that I don't like but I keep doing my job."

The Portuguese reflected on his time working at home and said that successful clubs don't suffer from leaks and that managing news from inside the club was something that he would have to do to improve his side.

"I found it when I was at Sporting Lisbon and things were coming out," he explained. "Now Benfica are ruling in Portuguese football but at that time it was Porto. I can tell you, nothing is coming out from Benfica if they don't want it to be known. That's the reason they are being successful. The same with Porto in those times.

"I remember the Porto president used to say to players 'If something is in a newspaper when I'm dealing with you, then I'm not going to do the deal' and I found it a very good principle. I try to follow the press of the successful people and not the opposite. We need to be like that."

Pay the extra £100 odd and get a bar72 seat, includes all home games, so you would easily make the extra cash back.

is bar 72 not closer to a grand? I'm in the wee Rangers for a few hours before most games and go to most cup matches so I'd gladly pay the extra to move to a bar 72 ticket.

Very true, never understood why you'd take a picture or video at a game. Especially down south where fans are obsessed with taking pictures of people taking corners.

"Looks that's Hazard taking a corner"

"I know mate I actually seen him take it live on the tv."

folk who take their phones out and start filming every corner and free kicks are weirdos

  4. Mindless fucking vandalism and theres no need. All anyone who does this is doing is costing US a fucking fortune.

I'd rather my season ticket money was spent on the squad than giving Aberdeen a free toilet renovation.

When we scored yesterday, there's rows of us falling about celebrating, and one wee poofy geeky fud just standing stamping on a seat. Oooh you're hard.

Just gives the media a reason to nationally embarrass us, and give Aberdeen freebies.

Cuntish behaviour.  I fully expect to take a pile of stick for this post.

  5. Alex Rae is the standout and IMO the correct choice for this position.

The purpose of this role is to be able to provide an insight into the other scottish teams. How they're likely to set up, who are the key dangermen etc etc. Alex Rae has his pro license and is only recently removed from the St Mirren job. He'll have his finger right on the pulse of Scottish football.

Ferguson has worked at a lower level so not sure why everyone is wanking over him. Lovenkrands -- I like but I'd question how much he knows about the other teams outside of Rangers. Bomber is a bit of a dinosaur and should be nowhere near the post

  6. At the end of the day -- he met his remit, he got us back up.

This season wasn't what we all expected / hoped for -- but he was second for the bulk of it, and had us on course for Europe. The Scum are having a one-off season and we could've spent about £50m and not caught them.

At the end of the day, his downfall was his unwillingness to change, receptiveness to criticism and unconvincing/unvaried transfer policy.

He wasn't a success. He wasn't a rip roaring disaster either.
