I'd imagine would only be a rift with the old guard and new and I reckon if he sees the common denominator it's the old pals act of undroppables regardless how little effort they give. Needs ripped up and a new era started with a bit more grit and determination on the field and somehow get the best out of the new players that have any potential and cast adrift the ones that are a lost cause (dessers and lammers mainly).
