We have so many wee pricks, riddy's, clowns and idiots that follow us. The video doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I thought he played well away to Sheffield Wed, away to Hearts at Murrayfield and also that Aberdeen game you said - but that's literally it. Average/medicore players play well from time to time. The bigger picture is that guys like Jack are simply not good enough. Happy to keep him in the squad because that game in Skopje the other night, for example, if we are going into the last 20-minutes and trying to hold onto something to qualify, players like him are good to bring on and shore up the midfield and keep it tight and do the basics. But that's literally it. That's me being as kind as I can to him.

I think the problem is he's a different player to Morelos but ultimately not the clinical poacher type that we need either. It's little to do with long term injuries and match sharpness, it's the type of player he is (even fully fit) he's not a creative player. You can't play a midfield with the likes of Jack and McCrorie in it, it stiffles creativity. You can get away with 1 or the other against better teams but not both - especially against weaker teams.

I booked that for a mate last week and that route going out was £210 (the stop in Basel is something like 7-hours) and coming back was about £60. Maybe it's dropped in price.

Elephant in the room is a good way of putting it. There's a few things I reckon deep down everyone knows is true but because of the Gerrard effect they don't give it a consideration. Rangers isn't the place to learn for a manager or the place to develop for a player either. We need ready made people for both. Gerrard isn't stupid and will learn from any mistakes with ease - but it's frustrating when you see it play out as prevention is much better than cure.

I wouldn't he re-signed him but he's impressed me in the games I've seen. He's vocal, passionate and organised and made some good saves in these games. and aye, I get he's a rat etc but he's back now and done a grand job so far. I stop short of the over the top clapping and singing I've seen towards him at the games though. I can't bring myself to get into that because I do remember what he did but no-one can say he's not came in and done a job like he's never been away.
