Beale likes making a midfielder defend and a defender create so it’ll give him a “taste” of his own medicine by putting him in charge of making dinner whilst giving Gordon Ramsey the football management responsibilities.

I’d take Gordon Ramsey as manager right now as long as that arsehole is no where near training or picking the first team. It’s a dereliction of duty that he is still in his position.

A decent manager can get enough out of this squad to win the league.

Hopefully this is part of a player revolt. Looks like that’s the only way to force this board to do what’s necessary. They’ll be only two players in our team that are happy with how Beale is playing and that’s because both of them should be playing their trade in the English third tier.

The chances of Beale doing what it takes to rectify a defence prone to costly blunders, a midfield that don’t know what they are meant to be doing and strikers that miss easy chances are zero. If the board can’t see that then they are not fit for purpose either. We have a better chance of being successful with a new manager as we have zero chance being so with Beale. The guy is far too stubborn to drop his favourite players and will continue to build a team around Tavernier rather than admit that he is part of the problem and no where near the solution.

Gattuso with Duncan Ferguson as assistant and Terry Hurlock being HR manager is who I want. Getting rid of Beale though shouldn’t be dependent on getting a new manager in, an interim manager will be better than anything we can expect from that arsehole.

A lot of the top managers have a style of play that is unremovable. We need a manager that will come in and bring a style of play around what will be most successful for the players currently at the club rather than one like Beale who try to force players into foreign positions to suit how he wants to play.

We’re going to see sooner rather than later but I’m certain that the first competent manager we get will have Tavernier sitting on the bench.

The younger Jack made the Tavernier role work, we had a run of games not conceding with the two of them playing probably on a record breaking amount. We don't have players now that can allow it so its mental that this incompetent manager keeps on doing it. Another interview in where he mentions defensive errors, he will play the same system after the break with the same errors if he's not sacked. I'm afraid its easier to get a new manager with a right back that can defend(Sterling) in than it is to find a midfielder that can do his job whilst having the stamina and speed to cover for an attacking fullback.

How much of their game plan is spent having to cover for fullbacks compared to how much the likes of Cantwell is? Cantwell in the first half was more of a right back than the actual right back.

A guy that can defend first and foremost. Most of us can remember the Del Piero/Cleland incident, we see that week in week out now and that’s with SPFL level players against Tavernier. Enough is enough.

Beale called out the defensive errors during a pre-season friendly, this season he has done it twice again. I have zero confidence in this muppet being able to correct these errors. We can see that the defence is shit, we need a manager that corrects it. We don't need a manager crying about it and playing the same system with the same players over and over again.

"100 goals and ridiculous assists".......hype. That is the only reason the guy is still playing for our club. He is an average player who has players set up to compensate for his inabilities. Beale can't not fail doing that. First thing a decent manager will do is remove the liability that is James Tavernier.

He scores one or two of them a season, to get that goal he fluffs about 20 chances each time, same with his spectacular freekicks. Cantwell has more skill in his little toe than Tavernier has in his whole body yet he is tasked with staying back to allow Tavernier to get this once or twice in a season goal fluffing chances that Cantwell would score whilst half asleep.

I can agree with the HOF but if you was to say that ability is what got him "players player of the year" last season and it continues to get him a first team place let alone a captain position then id suggest that you would have to be a moron to suggest it. Hype is what Tavernier's Rangers career has been all about. The tactics is set up for an average player to look good and Beale being a muppet was employed because he continued to set up the team for Tavernier's hype.

“Emperors new clothes” idioms is why Tavernier get into the hall of fame or players player of the year or even into the 1st team.

Beale is finished, its now up to the board. If they dont do the right thing and get rid of him now, allowing the new manager time to figure out how to get a tune out of these players then it'll rightly be the board that we are calling out to go.

As soon as we get a decent manager Tavernier's Rangers career is over.........finally.

If it takes an interim manager that's preferable than keeping Beale in his position. Put Beale and his team into a coaching role for the under 15's until their contract runs down.

The next manager needs to look at the whole squad and set our team up for the strength of the collective rather than just the strength of James Tavernier.

For Tavernier to be successful he needs to have players covering for him. Having a player like Cantwell shackled to allow Tavernier to get a game is backwards. Take Tavernier out the team it removes the shackles on better players than him to get forward also allowing us to get a player in that doesn't allow the likes of Maeda or even Taylor an easy pass into the box after trotting past him.
