  1. Its always the same where there are players who look worse than they are because they are left exposed by the weaker players around them. Problem is trying to identify who the salvageable ones are as it’s not clear in the slightest. Cummings offered nothing yesterday and should not be signed IMO. Morelos got into much more dangerous positions in his 30 minutes on the park than Cummings did for the full match.
  2. I totally agree!!!! Perhaps if you read some of the 600+ posts you’d realise that there is no way it’s true! Siam has been peddling this BS for a while because he doesn’t like my views on King, the board and C1872. It’s getting tiresome from him!
  3. Anyone who thinks someone would be that stupid to use the same username in opposing forums is an absolute moron. yes that means you Sian and Bad Robot
  4. Are the rumours true that’s its all kicked off at the Hilton? Rangers fan at the event saying Alves fighting with union bears
  5. Jeez, so do nothing then? its fans like you that just will it to be ok why we’re in such a predicament.
  6. I don’t think you understand. Nobody can sack the board without a replacement - if nobody comes forth then we are stuck with them. Nobody will come forth unless we shout an appetite for change ie a SACK THE BOARD movement. Do nothing and we resign ourselves to perpetual mediocrity behind celtic.
  7. If the fans show a togetherness and determination then potential investors MIGHT stand up and take note that this is a club worth investing in. If we continue to accept the status quo then that will never happen and we can expect more of the same year after year! SACK THE BOARD
  8. My point was that the article links Sunday’s debacle and fallout directly to the appointment of Parks as deputy chairman.
  9. Nothing we’ve seen from them over the last 3 years should give us confidence they are on top of this.
  10. Surely Douglas Park shouldn’t be on the hook for this recent cluster fuck. That’s the one thing that weekens this article which I otherwise agree with.
  11. I agree it is unrealistic to expect us to compete just yet but none of that explains just how bad we are. Most other teams have been able to give a good account of themselves with only the odd drubbing.
  12. The new year game I’d agree we should have won. The 3-2 game, however, I have no idea why some of our fans think we should have won it. They beat us with ten men and were comfortable for it other than Fredo’s sitter. The game at the weekend was as bad a performance as any of the 5-1 games for me.
  13. Sky sports commentator had an inadvertent dig at our recent signing policy . He commented about Docherty being a lifelong Rangers fan and then made a throw away comment about there being ‘quite a few Rangers fans in the Rangers side these days’ before pointing out Dorrans being another. When you think about it, our January signings have ultimately been half decent footballers who are all from a Rangers background. If Allen/the board think that we’re going to win anything with this signing strategy all hope is lost.
  14. That’s the problem, we’re so bad collectively that everyone looks average at best. No doubt there are some decent players in there if they had better players alongside them but at the moment all players are being dragged down by our collective uselessness.
  15. If you’d started this thread a week ago I’d have rolled out ten or so more important OF games over the last thirty years........ .........but now on the morning of the match with the adrenaline (and hangover) pumping I’m almost convinced it’s the most important OF game ever!!! Mon the Bears!!!!!!!
  16. In fairness, even if he did make a bad choice, Park should have been nowhere near the decision of appointing a football manager. He’s a fan with some football director experience.
  17. Have the Easedales sold their bus company for £100m yet?
  18. I think it’s still to be officially confirmed but more or less what your nephew has shown you. It used to be that both celtic and Rangers had to end up with 19 Home and 19 away whatever happens. Assuming this is still the case then Hibs will be at Ibrox again.
  19. Totally agree - this season was a great chance for us if we could have just shown some consistency. They’ve dropped points in 11 games and now scored less goals than us. I guess we can’t expect them to drop as many points next year so will be more difficult for us to mount a challenge unless we spend a bit of money!
  20. celtic couldn’t have won the league that day. We were miles ahead and were pretty much guaranteed to win the league it was just a matter of time. the sweetener was simply that we got over the line for the title by winning at their ground.
  21. I’ll be renewing my Rangers tv sub as I live away from Glasgow. Before I moved away I used to hold off until the last moment to renew to try and put some pressure on the board to deliver something good in the close season but always renewed in the end.
  22. Point well made and taken! Not sure where I was going with my point on that one.........
  23. I didn’t expect such strong opposition to this suggestion. My excitement is definately dampened - very much doubting my initial instincts on Pardew!
  24. To be fair, I can see your point of view. I just think his broad experience would be excellant for us.
  25. Cheer bud! By extension so are half our support as many people agree with me on here and elsewhere in the Rangers community.
