One of the best ive ever seen, he was just back from injury as well. Just got the ball and took his time to do whatever he wanted with it.

And something else, if we can find a forward with decent movement and they are going to rely on Hendry then we are laughing. That boy is is the proverbial lump of wood.

He was a good bit older than 17 when he stood in the Rangers section away to AEK Athens in 1994, there is absolutely no doubt that if Ally hadn't burst him in 1998 he would still support us. What I cant believe is that someone actually still employs the clown.

Apart from the fact he held a similar position for 8 years at Man City as director of their academy. Yeah. He’s not “remotely” qualified or equipped.

I'll preface this by saying it probably won't make any difference to the emplhoyees at GCC. But after receiving an email from club 1872 I sent off an objection to the council at saferparking-ibroxstadium@glasgow.gov.uk regarding the implementation of a parking ban around the stadium for next season. We need to start pushing back on every issue that affects us. Otherwise, as has happened, we lose so much ground to the bheggars in terms of influence.
Here is what I sent, minus the name, if anyone wants to use it as a template.
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
    Dear Sir/Madam.
I am writing to state my objection to the match day parking restrictions that will be enforced around Ibrox stadium. The current level of public transport around the stadium is already inadequate and a ban on parking will only exacerbate the situation.
Currently, the subway is already overcrowded and has long delays pre and post match time. Further, the bus routes are infrequent and do not cover the destinations required by the majority of the supporters.
I believe that there are no plans in place to address the public transport levels so I fail to understand how a ban on private transport parking will in any way alleviate the congestion for residents during match days which apparently this scheme was intended.
I note that residents will be able to apply for a free permit for every vehicle they own. And that they will be able to apply for passes for registered visitors at a one-off cost of £10 which will not carry vehicle registrations. This seems to get at the crux of what this proposal is about, namely a way to collect more money from the residents surrounding the stadium when apparently this was suppose to make their lives easier. Do you not think that there will suddenly be many "friends" of these residents who happen to visit on a match day?
The proposed scheme has a one kilometre exclusion zone around Ibrox. Have the residents living at this boundary been consulted on the inevitable rise in footfall at their houses?
I believe that this is a poorly thought through scheme and should be rejected. It hurts mostly those fans who cannot walk 1 kilometre to the edge of the exclusion zone or wait for extended periods of time for inadequate public transport. I look forward to a response to this email.

3 separate Headlines I’ve seen this morning.
1 - A player being called a fenian bastard. Implication we are all bigots.
2 - The Neely story. Implications are obvious.
3 - The SFA Charges. Iplication we are cheats and the consequences could be including massive fines and we can’t sign players.
All 3 headlines this morning.  Coincidence? Is it fuck. After 8 months the SFA apply those charges last night.  After how long that Neely story is regurgitated and the MOH story thrown into the mix.
I’m not going to take apart the individual stories, anyone with a brain can see what’s going on with all 3.  It’s so obvious.
Over the past few weeks there has been a huge shift in the positive press we have been receiving (mostly if not exclusively beyond our borders).  High profile English journalists talking positively about our club, on a fairly consistent basis.  Yet here we are this morning with our very own ‘3 Billboards’ - a blatant attempt to shift the narrative.   Bad Rangers - stay away, disassociate yourself.
The club cannot allow this to go on and token retaliation statements isn’t enough. If we do not have a PR team able to represent us in what is a PR war then we have to get that in place at whatever cost.  There is a genuine propoganda machine very effectively attacking us and the impact of these types of headlines should not be underestimated.
Wake up Rangers.  We have to fight back. What I’ve said here isn’t anything that the majority of us haven’t been saying for some time however it’s time, it really has to be.

Strictly speaking, no it doesn’t. A company is responsible for sufficient oversight of its employees. If Neely abused a child and it was allowed to happen by virtue of the club not having strong enough safeguards for the protection of children and/or sufficient oversight of the coach’s activities and/or didn’t run proper background checks including referencing from other Football clubs etc etc then Rangers are on the hook too. Sacking the guy after the event doesn’t end it I’m afraid.
In this instance though we’ve obviously lawyered up and told him the correct legal position - his claim lies with the liquidators. It’s a non story other than the fact the guy has gone to the press because he has realised he won’t get a penny out of the liquidation proceeds. Which is a real shame if he was abused, because he deserves some form of compensation for what it has done to his life. I’m almost tempted to suggest the club should agree a negotiation with him on a good faith basis.

    Horrific if true.
    Let's not play whataboutery.
    Police informed, check.
Now let's ensure this and every instance at every club are probed fully and the findings of police investigations about the bastards who commit such acts and the worse bastards and scum at clubs who concealed or facilitated such acts are highlighted. And hammered.
If anyone at Rangers was guilty they deserve punished. As do Rangers if they didn't report it, retained the abuser in employment, or paid off victims / families and allowed such conduct to continue.
Let's get this all out there rather than be Scotland's shame. For every club in Scotland. Every detail whilst protecting the identity of the complainer.

That makes no sense at all, the best full back in british football at the moment once played for queens park. We have signed some of our best ever players from the likes of Clydebank and raith rovers. Hamilton have produced some cracking players the last few years and their youth teams are consistently at the top of their leagues.

This is true, the internet gives a false impression in a lot of cases. A lot of the forums are filled with right on student twats that pretend they like football because they think they should. Arseholes really. If the internet  hadn't existed no way would the same feeling have been stoked up against us.
