Hardest 45 mins I have ever had to watch. Fucking warriors and I include Flannigan in that as well as should never been sent off. 

For me 1-0 is a good result would of loved 2 or 3 but let’s be honest I fancy use just like at Maribor to go over there and keep another clean sheet. 
 
We are a completely different entity from past 6 years. We don’t look like getting beat and we don’t really look like a team that conceds loads of goals. 
For me I would go all out in Russia and make sure we get into the group stages and if that make our team tired etc for the Sunday then so be it. This might get me some grief but European football for another 3/4 months would be my top priority for next week. This point highlights the issues with our squad quality we defo need another 3/4 quality signings still feel we need a better squad to cover the 2 games a week ?

Would not not of been against Arfield, Goldston being flung into the role either and then mentor someone like mccorrie to be come captain in a few years.

Cynics only want to knock things down, skeptics want to make them better, I understand the latter, the former not so much, if you cant see the glaring difference between Gerrard and Warburton, Murty and Caixinha...
Gerrard was one of the best players of his generation, he achieved that by fanatical hard work, dedication, pride and standards, as well as total respect for the club he played for, only question for me is whether as manager he can pass on and demand those attributes from his own players, but I have no doubts about the man himself.
when Gerrard was first mooted as our manager I thought it was insane, I didnt know much about him and thought he was an introverted,  not very bright guy but a brilliant footballer, then i started to search for interviews, watched his punditry, watched what other people in the game at the highest level said about him and found out he is an intensely focused very serious man with exceptional footballing knowledge, obsessed with giving absolutely everything and maintaining standards, as I said only question for me is whether as manager he can pass on and demand those attributes from his own players, but Stevie G aint no fraud.

For what I just watched I would say the following......
1) Aberdeen and Hibs games the referee could not get the cards out quick enough.
2) The Rangers shirt looks like its too big for some players characters
3) As a team we need to harden up and play smarter
4) In some of the games in the video we shat it and we proved that we did not have the bottle to compete regardless of poor refereeing decisions
I do agree at times that there has been decisions that look to be extremely hard on us I still feel that with Pedro and Murty that our whole squad lacked the characteristics that's required to play for Rangers. Some of these matches we (fans) knew that we were going to get beat before the ball was even kicked.
We have a team filled with players coming to the end of their careers, well traveled journeymen and a nucleus of lower league experience. There are not many actual winners in our team and that's the mentally that we are going to need if we are to compete next season. My gut tells me that (I hope) Stevie G will brings a much needed professionalism, winning mentally, high standards etc that is needed. I hope that we are looking for leaders and winners to bring into the team for next season although with all the latest transfer links I am getting a little worried lol. Good thing is that there seems to be a level of secrecy in our transfer business to date which leaves me hoping for a big man or two.
