Those being fed information from the club need to ask themselves two things
Do we trust this information is accurate
Are we comfortable passing it on to the fans
Given the utter nonsense they told folk about the Sports Direct stuff, as an example, they are either oblivious to the fact the club lied to them or they are happy feeding the fans lies/propaganda to keep their access.
There are countless examples of it as well.

As much as I detest a lot of the stuff put out by certain newspapers up here, the idea of shifting completely to fan media is laughable.
Good on 4lads for having the integrity to step back from it.

💯 given up. Lots of negative/past tense language in there. Basically that could have been shortened to, "we got our cunts kicked in and were done"

Our own board aren't Rangers fans then.

Need a thread on ‘the dude’ - it seems to descend into dude related anarchy on here all too often

Yeah, as much a fan of Gerrard as I am, he needs to win the title this season I think.

    Spot on.

Three attempts at taking the title without success and it's cheerio from him, no matter the deck stacked against him up here.
We actually had the chance to do it the last two seasons and blew them spectacularly and Gerrard shoulders at least some of the blame for that.
We go into the third and final attempt for Gerrard, but will lady luck be with us?
The scum now have a serious sniff at the CL again, being seeded and I just cant see them giving that up without a fight.
I still worry about the mentality of some of our players, two being senior and very influential.
I'm over the moon with Hagi and Kent and Aribo showing good form.
2 or 3 more decent additions and we are well capable imo, but it's all the other corrupt shit that conspires against us that we need to overcome and if this board stay stoom on it, they need hunted, because it will cost us this title shot.
We need to lay down markers early doors, because playing catch up to the scum won't work, particularly with officialdom here like it is.

They will have the option to go to CAS but I'd be stunned if they do.

IMO we played them off the park pretty much every time last season.  You're spot on, it was the silly points lost in other games, I'd add the blatant cheating by refs that cost us.
We were screwed over so many times that it stopped being unusual and I just sort of started to expect it.
We are reffed to a different standard, and reported on by the media in a different standard to the other teams in the league.

TBH I think both The Dude and Eskbankloyal have been pretty much spot on throughout all of this. It’s not been what the majority of posters wanted to hear. It turns out our board didn’t play a blinder and all the talk of portfolios, investigations etc. bringing the cabal down has all been playing to the audience who lapped it up.
It’s useful to be able to read what is actually going on instead of all the conspiracy theories and alleged victimisation. One takes a fair amount of flak and gives some back. Good on him.
If you don’t like that then don’t give him a reason to do it.
If we collect more points than them, we win the league. It’s as simple as that. This year we didn’t and on the balance of play, and nothing else, we didn’t deserve to.
Hopefully this season will be better but it’ll be tough. Time to move on.

He takes more shit on here than any other poster and for the most part nothing happens to the people abusing him.
He doesn't abuse other members, even though he is a contrary fucker.
Going against the grain isn't against the rules.

Should we ban him just because some on here either can't debate him civilly, or because he goes against the majority opinion?

If it's true that Lille have been talking to Alredo and have agreed personal terms with him then it only have been with our permission.
Assuming that is the case then we will have identified replacements and are ready to move if Lille meet our valuation.
Like everybody else I have no idea who those targets might be. I would hope for a Mols or Jelavic type of player rather than a battering ram.

I get the frustration with the rhetoric. Criticism of them for saying that then doing nothing is largely justified.  But criticism for their inaction seems widespread but no one seems clear on what would have made any difference to today or the cabal.
Personally I see our dossier, the denied rejected resolution, and offering to pay the investigation as being our play. At that point with minimal support from others we'd played our best hand. And failed as others benefitted from loaded decks

Tbh I have no idea. I’m not clued you very much on businesses, members associations or company law.

But the boards language, statements, dossier, whistleblowers etc was all fart no jobby.

Honesty from the start. There didn’t ever seem like anything could be done. They gave us hope. Had us believing they’d fight our corner for what is right and fair when they probably knew nothing could be done.

Could've done the Dutch model easy enough here. Still no arguement could say otherwise.

You didn't nor couldn't because there isn't one and never will be one, but you and the few were purporting we had a long term strategy to go after the cabal.
You know what you said as many others have seen, but I'll be fucked if I'm sifting through pages of utter fantasy to pander to your usual obsfuscation.
    End of.

Which takes me back to my original point. You were told there was fuck all when Rangers were shouting from the rooftops that they wouldnt be found wanting. They pulled the wool over peoples eyes to get them to put their hand in their pocket.
