Rangers vs Slavia Praha
2nd leg of last 16 Europa Leg
Date: 18th of March
Venue: Ibrox Stadium
Kick off: 20:00(8pm)
Live on BT Sports
Rangers - D W W W D W
Slavia - W W W W D W
Only injury woes right now is the captain James Tavernier and Niko Katic, outwith that I believe we have a full stregth squad although the gaffer might still be playing it safe with Jack.
Barasic, Kamara and Roofe are also in danger of missing the first leg of the quarter final should we reach it, if they pick up another yellow card. This would continue until the semi final when previous disciplinary records are wiped.
Update: Jack confirmed to be out by the Gaffer.
And so the Champions of Scottish football welcome Slavia Praha to Ibrox Stadium in the hopes of getting to the last 8 of the Europa league before going into the weekend for the last fixture before the split!
The famous starting poorly in the first half last leg however in the 2nd really found their feet. With a whole weeks prep and home advantage you would fancy Rangers even more than usual. I'd line up with the following,
Patterson Goldson Helander Barasic
Aribo Morelos Kent
I think the best thing last week was when Aribo was pushed further up allowing him to really be aggressive and Arfield was able to help the fullbacks cover up. Gave the team a bit more balance since Praga like their long diagonal switches of play which pressured both full backs.
All in all we go into this match on away goal advantage and with the addition of a goal or two I fully believe we can progress to the last 8 of the Europa!
2-0 (1-3 agg) Morelos and Aribo
Let's go Glasgow Rangers Champions!

RANGERS manager Steven Gerrard has the following message for every Rangers fan.
Dear Rangers supporter,
Firstly, I want to place on record my thanks for everything you have done for me, my management team and my players since I arrived in Glasgow in May of 2018.
Last week was a huge milestone for Rangers but make no mistake about it – this journey is far from over. We are only just beginning.
This is another huge week for Rangers Football Club.
The last year for every single one of us across the world has been different. We have never experienced a year like this in any of our lifetimes so far, and we hope this is now nearly over. We must always remember, however, how many lives Covid-19 has taken, and we must remember the family and the friends which have gone because of this terrible disease.
That cannot ever be forgotten.
It is a great privilege to be the manager of this great football club, and with that comes great responsibility. I believe we must take collective responsibility to ensure we uphold the good name of this 150-year institution which represents far, far more than 11 players on the pitch.
With that in mind, we must remember who we represent, we must remember who we are, and we must remember what this club stands for.
Right here and right now, in all honesty, do I want 50,000 fans inside Ibrox?
100 per-cent yes.
The players would want nothing more than to hear the fans sing and support us in the ground and hear you behind every pass, every tackle, and to lose themselves in utter euphoria when the ball hits the net.
Sadly, however, right here and right now, you can’t be there with us. You can’t follow us to Parkhead as Champions – and the first time we can say we are Champions in a decade.
That hurts me, it hurts my management team and it hurts my players.
Make no doubt about it, we want you there with us, but sadly, right now, you can’t be. The best place you can support my players and I this Sunday is from the comfort of your own home. We know you are with us here in spirit and we know how much last weekend meant to you when we secured the title.
We know all of you enjoyed it, but we must stay safe, and stay at home.
Every time we get knocked back, we stand up and we get going again. You have been with us on that journey, the entirety of the way through and we will never forget that.
Over the last 10 years, you have followed us near and far and we have always heard you roaring from the stands at Ibrox Park.
You have followed us and cheered us, you have won with us, you have lost with us. You trusted us, and more than anything, you believed in us.
And we believe in you as we are Rangers and we are Champions.
Stay safe. Stay at home. Support the NHS.
Support Rangers Football Club

WE are in receipt of the report published by the SFA following the review of sexual abuse in Scottish Football and have taken some time to consider its lengthy findings and recommendations.
We are firmly committed to ensuring openness and transparency in relation to this issue and agree on the uninterrupted ethical obligation of clubs over time, irrespective of changes. We express our sincere sympathy to all individuals who have suffered abuse within the Scottish game and commend the bravery of all survivors who have come forward.
With regard to the specific instances referred to, as the report states, these concerned one former employee. We note the report accepts that when former senior managers were provided with a direct allegation this was taken seriously and dealt with promptly. The report commends the action taken and acknowledges Rangers have previously said publicly the matter was reported to the police at the time.
Today, Rangers is at the forefront of child safety and well-being in football. We believe it is a moral obligation to ensure that Scottish Football is beyond reproach and all safeguarding measures are strictly adhered to.
We agree that it is time for all of Scottish Football to learn from and take responsibility for mistakes made in the past. We fully acknowledge the impact of these events and the enduring effect on individual lives. We apologise to anyone personally affected by abuse within Scottish Football.

This meltdown captures what celtic are all about perfectly
Their club completely lacks any sort of dignity and sportsmanship, and their fans celebrate it, they have absolutely no class, and as Mr King correctly predicted they have collapsed, only its more like a game of fuckin Jenga than a house of cards.
Watching them clutch at straws with the new club patter and the faux outrage at our celebrations is the icing on the cake
And we haven't even been given the trophy yet, and still have a Europe campaign, and two old firms 😅
At least celtic are saving a few bob with the restrictions on fans since they won't have to install any suicide nets on the top tiers at Snake Mountain 😅

Love watching these sort of videos, seen one made for Walter a while back and decided to make one for Stevie G now that he is a Rangers legend in his own right.

Absolutely mate. My mrs was raging and said that I didn’t cry when the 2 weans were born. Of course my kids mean the world to me and I didn’t cry. But this is a different type of emotion and I wept like a wee lassie the day.
