    Then, the board would have plenty of time while the interim was working to search out better class managerial candidates for the summer, with the draw of European football, a transfer window and funds to rebuild - a better class of manager would be available to us than what was available to us at the time Pedro took over.

    The interim manager would also be able to give the new manager all the information on the current squad - whom could cut it and whom were dog shite and needed fucked off.

    I was ridiculed, but I still believe what I said was correct - and it was not hindsight.

    For me the fear that is working away is the 14 he wanted out... who the fuck will want them? 

    They cant get into THAT team... our wage bill could haunt us

    I'd actually keep Windass and I would to actually see Crooks stay a season and see what he has-more that the 5 seconds he got with MW

    Realisticaly moult will ve on half of (if not less) MOH wage, so it would basically be a straigjt swap

    Manager is basically public face, training and games... 

    Dof is the man with the plan, he will have final say on signings ect, we are all agreed we need a whole new squad, so ida got him in, then a manager who compliments him, then had that foundation to build from when window opens, 

    Iv said before i dont see pedro working well with a dof... i hope im wrong, because we NEED him to be

    Still unclear on Dof (who i beleive should have been in before manager) 

    Still unclear on investment, 

    Still unclear on finishing 3rd (...fucking st johnson 6 behind us) 

    Still unclear if manager is good or mental,

    And its fetting close to St renewal... we need answers big time! 

    Everything we do seems to blow up in our faces... im just waiting on next embarrasment

    Few people saying "bring in better players" i dont think this will happen, i think that will be the director of football, who ever he is... 

    I think at BEST we will get 3m to rebuild 

    My worry is that we dont have any real assets... even fod wouldnt command a 5m+ transfer fee

    Were in a bad shape and still dont seem to have any real direction, 

    For me personaly the jury is still out on pedro, his gung ho tactics at motherwell wpuld have got us veat by 70% of the league, but i do like that he tried something different, 

    I think he beeds an assistaint and Dof in asap so they can work on a relationship before transfer window
