    I was very trepidatious of him tonight, he has had both good and bad spells within games but tonight he was an absolute rock. I can only hope that this is him finding his feet and he can go on to become a phenomenal player for us.

    Very doubtful the place would even be fuckin open tbh. Never answer their phones and takes over a month for them to reply to an email.

    It was like a fuckin switch. Said it to the boys beside me, we started getting decisions with the 50/50s almost instantly as if to balance it up. Know the standard of refs is bad but fuck me, that was right up there.

    Obviously we all hold Jimmy and Walter close to out hearts. I just want to raise a toast to all of our absent friends tonight. I was a total mess in that stadium tonight at full time and I know there was plenty around me that were the same. 💙

    Think it's the best scenario we can hope for, sadly. I'd much rather have roofe around for 1/2 a season as a back up than have him as our main man anyway.

    I know what you mean but I just don't think we're getting the quality of roofe as a back up to morelos if he isn't injury prone.

    We played our best football last season with the 2 of them up top in the 4312 position. Some people don't rate roofe. He's a big part of the reason we won the league last season. He's close to 15 goals this year and has been at best, a bit part player
