Barisic on the left looks like he'll contribute just as many assists with his delivery yet doesn't look like a complete bombscare at the back.

The two players need to be of great quality, the funding so far has been appalling and if Windass and Foderingham go on top of that we have spent very little
Shame the board didn't want to push the boat out and put the building blocks in place to stop 10IAR instantly, god help them in surviving if we have a poor season

Pretty disappointed we dont seem to be  looking for a CAM..
 

No disrespect to our incomparable  away support, but the heart of the club is the 40 odd thousand Bears who kept buying season tickets even when we were kicked down to the bottom tier, and keep buying them.

I've paid £400 for my season ticket the last three years and been forced out of my own seat to accommodate they smelly bastards.

Or, on the other hand, we're no longer screwing over our season ticket holders in the Broomloan who had to give up their seats twice a season to rancid tarrier bastards. 

It's called being realistic, we are untested and just because the team as a whole is winning doesn't mean that every single player will be good enough going forward.
It's equally as embarrassing to break our backs to defend absolute wasters who have disgraced the jersey or fall into the same trap of getting over excited by mediocrity.
I've yet to see anyone be overly harsh, just a lot of fans who aren't gullible bastards

Clearing a shot off the line has absolutely nothing to do with his ability to defend 1v1 or set pieces, the blind spot some people have for Tav is ridiculous regardless of his positives, there's absolutely nothing wrong with pointing out the fact that he isn't a very good defender

If that is Kent playing out of his skin then I'd hate to see him having a mare.
Game didn't suit him at all tonight.

McGregor and the 2 CB's are a vast improvement to last year.
But Tavernier is still defensively suspect and Flanagan up against good wingers will be in trouble especially if Murphy/Windass/Kent are ahead of him.

Making the sign of the cross is not exclusively Catholic. And even if it was, who really cares anymore? What matters is the players give their all, our identity as a Protestant ethos Club is safe in the hands of the supporters.

King also basically shat it and has said that we will be watching MacLennan very carefully throughout the season, sounds like it was just a stunt to appease the fans.

Amazing what happens if you play a Striker who is built like a fridge up front instead of out wide

With the cooper deal dead I would expect the 3m to go into other players.
If windass or morelos goes and money isn't reinvested there would be up roar. 
Solanke or Defoe would be good capture. 
Who would you go for the CB and CM? 

He did play up front for us in the Scottish Championship but never hit the same levels of performance as he has for Ipswich.  For Ipswich he looks like a completely different player.  Waghorn's taking the corners, scoring free-kicks, setting up chances from open play, and scoring freely.  
Maybe he fell victim to some of Warburton's tactics.  We never crossed corners in to the box, Tavernier too all the direct free-kicks, and he often found himself out wide once promoted.
