I don't know how Hughes keeps landing job with premiership clubs. The best I ever remember him doing was at Blackburn Rovers when he did a top 6 finish. That was over 10 years ago.
He's seem to be in that crop of managers that always get hired due to premier league experience.

Pedro should have been sacked the night of the 5-1 defeat to celtic at Ibrox and that's not with the benefit of hindsight, either.
It was absolutely criminal to let him continue, take charge of our European campaign and give him a few million to spend.

He’s pretty mince - his first couple of league games appears to be “new club syndrome” like we’ve seen through the years with some players like Emerson, Vanoli, Khiznishvilli, Flo, Nerlinger, Zelalem, Odouwa etc in their first few games before turning pretty sub-standard 
as someone else said he’s literally every bit the player that looks like he’s only had 6 games in his whole career 
I’d send him back and save on wages if possible and replace him with Holt who is pretty ordinary himself but at least he’s actually our player and no worse than Goss

people on here might not want to admit this but the 3 best managers in the league are clarke lennon and rodgers  in recent weeks we have lost at home and been humbled tactically by the 3 of them
