He didn't give the 'foul' as it happened, he waited til Carter Vickers had committed the penalty then gave it as a get out clause to avoid awarding the penalty. There was no advantage being played, it wasn't an offside type call the officials were waiting to see how play developed before puting flag up etc. It wasn't a foul, wasn't given until he needed it to be a foul.
Don Robertson is a cheat. Its that simple.
Clancy done the same at the piggery last year
Morelos had scored and was off celebrating before he decided to blow.
If VAR was doing its job properly it should have been a penalty to us as Johnston was fouling Morelos long before he broke free and that gonky cunt threw himself to the deck
They don't hide it because they don't need to
They took up refereeing for a reason and they are worth several points a season to those cunts

However I haven’t agreed with a single team selection in the league since Hearts at home on 24th February.
Since then he’s had to make two subs at half time away to Killie. Make one at half time at home to Motherwell. He’s had to take Scott Wright off on 60 against Hibs and at half time against celtic. And then onto today where he’s had to make a double sub at 54 minutes.
That tells me he’s picking the wrong team every week and having to try rectify it. It’s a worrying trend. He’s not working with a good squad by any means but most people are saying the same thing before games when the teams come out.
His tinkering has been bizarre at times and has cost us
Sterling was MotM last week and would be a first pick in everybody's book today, either at LB, if not CDM beside Lundstram or RW with Sima on the left.
To start Boracic, Dowell and Silva and leave Sterling on the bench beggars belief

What? The truth is we will turn over the majority of this squad in the summer?
not a chance
I tend to agree but on my "out" list of 18....
7 are out of contract - the only one worth considering was Lundstram but his wage demands will be too high and his legs look heavy at the business end of the season and that will only get worse moving forward
2 are loans
2 are on loan and likely to leave (3 if you add in Cifuentes actually)
That leaves the challenge of getting rid of
Goldson (big wage may be an issue)
Dowell, Lawrence, Davies - can see championship clubs paying modest fees for them, that's their level
S Wright, Dessers may be challenging
Raskin has a decent rep and Belgian u21, just think our jersey is too heavy for him but we can get a fee for him
IMHO at least 12 to 15 will be out and I'd guess that PC would agree tbh

Out
McLaughlin, K Wright, Goldson, Barisic, Lundstrum, Dessers, Lammers, S Wright, Raskin, Dowell, Roofe, Jack, Lawrence, Balogun, Davies, Hagi, Silva, Sima
At least £250k in wages to utilise
Keep
Butland, Tav, Souttar, Yilmaz, Diomande, Sterling, Cantwell, Matondo, Danilo, McCrorie
Sign Cortes
Also keep King, Devine, McAusland, Yfeko, McKinnon, Rice, Lowry, Lovelace as squad as all need a chance to show what they can do and they should be back up at worst rather than high wages like Davies, Dowell, Raskin, Dessres etc
Need to sign
2 x CH, LB, CDM, CAM, Winger, 2 x CF as a bare minimum
I like Sima but we can't afford him unless we pull the league out of the bag and get automatic CL and even then I think we can find better for the suggested £7m

Since Benfica on 14 March today was our 3rd game with at least a week between each ffs

And even though we only have 2 home games I bet one of them is the only midweek game post split
if we win the next two we will be at home on the final day as top at the split apparently
so unless they go first three away that won't happen
if we're top I'd expect
A Hearts or Dundee
A(tarriers)
H Kilmarnock or St M
A Hearts or Dundee
H Kilmarnock or St M

I was happy he had a dig was just looking back tho after matondo just scored you fancy him to score or even win a penalty or something
I was jumping through the air like a madman because I thought he'd scored and the ball was in the net until I realised it had hit the back stanchion.
Would have been Edu on steroids

They will not give two fucks about that. The game will be played no matter what, same as today. They are petrified of having to make big decisions regarding playing at neutral venues or delaying the post split fixtures. Turning the games into farces and player safety are by far the lesser evils in the eyes of these shitebags. It really is time most of the clubs got together and bulleted Doncaster and co.
Given his notice period he'd still be on gardening leave in Jack Butland's testimonial season

Our league is a fucking joke. Shambles of a pitch.
I can't even imagine how horrendous that surface will be by Wednesday night
You can rest assured it won't even be rolled or worked on between today and Wednesday
Our last 3 away games in the league have been St Mirren, St Johnstone and Kilmarnock's carpet.
NONE have been fit to play top level football on
Wednesday will make those look like prime Wembley

The spfl want the pre split games done by the 14th.
If that's the case, and I've no reason to doubt you, then the SPFL are fuckin clowns. There's no reason why they can't allow one fixture to run over and have two sets of fixtures prepared if need be. Infinitely better than playing games behind closed doors.
On another note imo Rangers should be insisting on contingency plans for Wednesday NOW. There's heavy rain forecast on Tuesday and rain on the other days too though less.
Playing on pitches like St Mirren and St Johnstone's ploughed fields is a leveller and not conducive to playing football. Dens will be like a ploughed feed with areas of bog flung in
The fact that teams don't roll their pitch or cut their grass when us or the tarriers visit (occasionally boasting about it) sums up the tin pot league perfectly

Motherwell saying they won't be playing any rearranged game behind closed doors and that the split will need to be delayed
He came across like a greeting faced dick tbh
Lots of what he said regarding not playing behind closed doors or at Airdrie made sense but the bit about delaying the post split fixtures is bollocks. Both teams are doing nothing on cup semi weekend and the midweeks before and after.
First post split fixtures are 3 weeks away ffs, Motherwell need to fit in 2 fixtures and Dundee 3 in 22 days.
They made us play 7 games in 17 days including 5 league, a cup final and UEFA final

Borna goes with my thanks and good wishes despite his form being not the best recently. It is going to be interesting to see just how many follow him out the door in the summer when Clement really gets down to work building a squad of his choosing. Just hope that the Club is in a position to back him properly, say with the guaranteed income from CL qualification perhaps?
This is the crucial point
The difference between CL and EL for us next season will be in excess of £25m. Win the league and we can hand PC £15m + anything generated and still comfortably satisfy the Financial Sustainability rules.
Freeing up the wages of
Borna
Roofe
McLaughlin
Sima
Silva
Balogun
Jack
Getting others out with fees and feeing up wages (easier said than done tbs)
Davies £1.5m
Raskin £3m
Hagi £3m
Lammers £2m
Dowell £1m
Matondo £2m
Dessers £2m
Cifuentes £2m
Wright £0.5m
That's a potential £18.5m. We won't get the lot but if we could get £12m and use £6.5m to secure Diomande (obligation) and Cortes (option) then we could have about £20m to sort out a first choice CB, LB, CM, CF and RW with ample wages to offer.
There's 16 players listed above and at least 10+ won't be here next season
We'll still have
Butland (McCrorie)
Tav, Goldson, Souttar, Ridvan (King, Yfeko, Devine)
Lundstrum, Cantwell, Sterling, Lawrence, Diomande (Lowry, McAusland, Rice, McKinnon)
Danilo, Cortes (Lovelace)
The forward line needs a lot of attention
With EL money we'd need to be very creative
In PC we trust

The pressure put on refs by the media to give the scum decisions and not us is frightening. You only need to look at recently where we had two stonewallers at St Johnstone where the referee genuinely looked terrified to give us them so relied on VAR to make the decision instead. Recently we’ve had the scum getting away with a Narowki red card v the sheep, stonewall penalty for Kilmarnock not to mention VAR sending Collum to monitor on Sunday when scum player was brought down to get outside the box claiming he was last man. With regards to the media there’s zero mention of two potential handballs (1 stonewaller) in match report for BBC yet they bring up Kilmarnock should’ve had a penalty with Raskin challenge. We are winning just now but my worry is this will end up costing us at some point. The last two old firm games we’ve had 4/5 blatant decisions that’s went against us. Roofe goal disallowed, Johnstone handball, second yellow for Bernardo, Johnstone and McGregor with at least 3/4 yellow card challenges before getting booked. I honestly can’t remember this season a questionable decision that’s went against the scum. We are 100% being refereed differently. The club need to call this out!!!
Everyone tends to also forget the penalty on Cantwell when he was wiped out by Maeda at Ibrox. He was nowhere near the ball and hit him on the legs, body and head. Cantwell was injured and missed 5/6 games too. A draw that day would see us 5 points clear, a win with Roofe's goal standing would see us 8 clear right now

Should Borna not have been sent off then for deliberately handling the ball?
Hopefully the review panel will look at it and hammer him with a 10 game ban

Sounds like you have an agenda and you're desperate to be offended
Sellick is a club open to everyone, the only reason Abada's getting it tight is football reasons. He's not been playing well or motivated to play for some unfathomable personal/family reasons.
The world is just anti-sellicks to the extent that they've started a war in the Middle East to unsettle one of their players. The club and all their tolerant fans are the good guys in this and are world renowned for their inclusivity. It's no easy when everybody's got it in for you.
To be honest it looks like wee Abada's just looking for something to be offended about. Brenda's a good guy (girl) and will probably play the team a DVD of Anne Frank today to prove he isn't anti Jewish and that'll probably give the wee man a real boost and have him bursting to get back on the pitch and play for the greatest fhans in the wurlt, Palestinian flags or not

It was the speed of decision again similar to when the Morelos goal was chopped
This was another corrupt call.
Clancy blew and indicated a foul AFTER the ball hit the net and Morelos was off celebrating.
By doing so he put the onus on clear and obvious mistake to overrule his decision and give a goal rather than the opposite
The fact that the gonk was fouling first and therefor the first offence was a penalty was also ignored

It appears the SPFL/SFA aren't at all keen to release the audio, which really should be very simple and straightforward these days
Would anyone be surprise if something snide or unprofessional was said by Collum? These cunts think they're untouchable and unaccountable these days, sometimes it's the arrogance or complacency that starts the downfall.
I'd be demanding the full 90 minutes of audio, particularly anything related to the "arrangement" with Sky to introduce the offside narrative a significant time after the event
This stinks

From the replays I saw it was clear there was contact on Dessers before the tackle was then made.
Moreso when you consider the pedantics and minute details coupled with an obscure rule that was used to chalk off Roofe's opener at Ibrox
Johnson hits Dessers at least twice and is nowhere near the ball. Penalty and second yellow. Chance to go 1-1 v 10 men with an hour to play
Maeda wiped Cantwell out at Ibrox too and was nowhere near the ball
Both were stonewall penalties that were rapidly dismissed as opposed to the forensic inspection of Roofe's goal
These decisions are worth 10s of millions of pounds (as Clancy confirmed last season "we know what's at stake")
If Roofe's goal stood and we went on to win and Desser gats the pen and a red and we go on to win we would currently be 2 ahead with 2 games in hand,
Even 2 draws would mean 2 behind with 2 in hand
The margins are fine but the consequences are enormous and they have benefitted consistently for a few seasons now

McLean is possibly my most hated referee, worse than a tarrier imo. I used to think he was trying too hard to compensate for being a supposed Rangers fan like Beaton and Madden but it's way beyond that now. He never gives us a fucking thing.
Karma's a bitch though and he must have been gutted when he ignored the foul on Tav and we scored the opener from the play on
Absolute cunt
