Our fullbacks aren't fit enough to bomb on anymore. Tav has been awful this season, and he doesn't have the legs anymore. 
Rue the day we sold Patterson even though I know we had to for financial reasons, same with Bassey (at LB anyway). 
We're far too one dimensional with both of them now. Neither can beat a man and its just continuous balls being swung into the box. Neither run in behind the oppositions defensive line.

Problem for me atm is it seems like we are trying too hard to fit similar styles of players in the team.
The team needs balance and different options in midfield and attack, rather than everyone coming short and playing intricate passes. We need ppl to run in behind, stretch defences, and take people on as well.  And someone who can cover fullbacks and allow them to bomb on.
He needs to find the balance, and to be fair, I think he's probably learned a lot from last two games.
