Fleck needs a rest and Aaron needs a chance, apart from that i didn't see a lot of need against Kilmarnock to change the back four or front two. NOLUWDC
I think Fleck will be on the bench for this one, hopefully McCulloch doesn't take his place though
bluepeter
It's funny that everyone was slating Walter for saying he'd rest Fleck after a few games, now everyone (so far) in this thread has dropped him as he needs a rest! Not sure if it's the same people, just interesting. I think he might stick with him for this game, I don't think he believes that Aaron is ready for a start yet. I think we'll see :mcgregor: :broadfoot: :bougherra: :weir: :papac: :davis: :ferguson: :mendes: :fleck: :boyd: :miller: Nothing less than a win will do. If Motherwell can do us a favour today, we'll be top of the league going into this game!

Muff
This game is massive now, absolutely massive! A win and we go 3 ahead of celtc, they play St. Mirren at the piggery a few hours later - this is our big chance to but pressure on celtc, it's in our hands now! trueblue86
For once the way the fixtures are playing into our hands, we are playing first for a few weekends, so we can really pile the pressure on the Green and greys!
Muff
If the players can't get up for this game then there is something far wrong. I expect a top performance from the word go, none of this struggling to get going, switching off, allowing teams to get at us and conceding an early goal. A win and nothing else will be acceptable! simplythebest
It will a disgrace if we don't get 3 points next week, now is the time for a run while Celtic are having a bad patch.

I was just about to say the same. We've all said this before, i know, but this time we simply have to get a result. Make no bones though, this will be one of the hardest games of the season. Hamilton have won 7 of their last 8 games and are easily the most improved team in the SPL.

Yeah, like I said in the opening post, this will be a very hard game but if you want to win the Championship, then these are the games you have to win. The players have let us down far too many times this season, it's now time to repay us!

We need to play as good as the last time we played against them (7-1 victory at Ibrox). I'd also give Aaron another run out as he looks dangerous when he comes on and Papac needs to get instructions to give the ball to him quicker before he's closed down by the defender. Also Broadfoot has to be dropped maybe by dropping he'll get a bit better. I live in hope!

This game is massive so it's no time to be experimenting with Aaron or Lafferty. They'll be on the bench and, I'm sure, will both get on at some point. If Accies decide to sit in and frustrate us I can see it being a dour affair, probably a scrappy 0-2. If they come at us early though, I can see us giving them the hiding of their lives! To repeat what others have already said, this is a massive game now and we MUST keep our foot on the throttle. The league is there to be won if we can pile the pressure on the tic. Nothing less than a win will do.
Columbo
I think Walter needs to drop Fleck, in the last two games (Celtic away and Killie at home) he's been a shadow of the player he was in the earlier games when we played Falkirk and Dundee Utd. He's a fantastic talent and one for the future but he's inconsistent at the moment and needs to be put on the bench and made to come on from there. Anyone agree?
