Xbox 360

I always planned on getting an xbox as I love playing pro evo whenever round at pals house's when getting a swally.

Pro evo is the only game I would play so can anyone help me find a good deal to buy an xbox with atleast 1 controller, 2 if possible and with some sort of memory. Not caring about 60GB or anything as big as that and getting pro evo as part of the package.

Thanks in advance people!

I've found this one on play.com, can anyone tell me if this is a good deal.

I can get pro evo for £24.99 from play and the console, wireless controller, head set and 20gb hard drive comes for £116.99 so it would be £142 in total.

Can't you run it on your PC? It would cost you £18 plus a gamepad.

Explain more please mate, don't think I know what your talking about?

its were you get a xbox 360 pad (a special one) and plug it into your pc/laptop and play games like an xbox.

only works with a few games and not pes.

hope that helps

it's not a special pad, it's just a standard wired USB one - Gamestation will have them, maybe second hand too.

You can also get a wireless dongle for your PC to allow you to use multiple wireless 360 pads. This is what I do and it's awesome!

I would personally rather use a playstation style of pad on the PC, the d-pad is better suited to pro evo. Although MS have released a new 360 pad for pro evo with a different (better) d-pad, it's the sort of light green one.

PES games are not really that good on the PC though, they are generally poorly optimised and don't have as many people playing online etc. It's a console game to be honest.
