An incredible run by Hamilton, Saturday may even be a more difficult match than our last away match.
blueballss Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 boy on real radio was enlighting on this point, accies for europe!!!
ulsterbear91 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Hamilton haven't faced us yet, time to end their wee run.
ManchestGer Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Fair play to Hamilton. haha embarrassing for Celtic!
kplfishtank Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I think we'll struggle on Saturday. it will be a hard game but if we play to our best we should have enough to beat them as every game we play will be tough till the end
martin93 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I get quite annoyed when people lik Ewen on the radio go on about form,he never shut up when i listened tonight, yeah they have been shite in the last ten games but its over 26 games that count so it's bollocks all this talk, not just now anytime people come up with form stats etc. If you said look at the form table for 26 games then they would be second and that is far more important.
Tontospal Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 I think we'll struggle on Saturday. We may wll do but it is usually the way that runs such as the one Hamilton are on end when they come up against us of them. It will be interesting to see if Hamilton have a go or show us more respect thanw e probably deserve. Rangers need to win and keep the pressure on them.
martin93 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 If Hamilton play to their best we should still be able to beat them and not be worried, its Hamilton and we are Rangers!
Muff Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 If we can't go to New Douglas Park and win on Saturday then there is something far wrong. Our away form is going to be the thing that either makes or breaks us.

minstral Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 it shows how poor we are when we have to worry about playing hamilton.

Who rattled your cage? It;s a fact that they have struggled since beating us at the end of last year and seeing as up until Saturday they had been top for 3/4 months I would say it is an interesting stat. And they've been shite for 26 games as well if that makes you any happier,

mccoist355 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 Hamilton's defence is like Meat and Drink to Kris Boyd. I see two goals for Boydy on Saturday in a 3-0 win
jbm26896 Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 if we go out with the right attitude we will get 3 pts
Goianegra Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 I think we'll struggle on Saturday. If we can lose away to St Mirren then it isn't impossible at Hamilton, but I'm pretty sure we will strole through.
nvager Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 It will be interesting, but we can do it. I think that Hamilton may score first all the same. My guess is Hamilton 1-3 Rangers.
Muff Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 No doubt Hamilton will score first. It's a 12:30 kick off, our players struggle to turn up for a 3pm kick off. I expect it to be different this time. If being top of the league and the chance to put big pressure on celtc doesn't gear them up even more, then we have problems.
Bakoni Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 I could see a similar game to last saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if we went behind, or at least struggle for a good period of the first half. We will always make plenty chances though, the key is to take those. Last saturday we took our chances in a very short period of time and killed the game off.
simplythebest Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 I was at the last Hamilton away game, they scored first and we were struggling but in the end it was a deserved 3-1 win, Boyd put in a fantastic display. That was a 12.30 kick off on a Saturday just like the weekend will be, i remember the weather being shite as well. We simply must win at the weekend.
