jimmckinlay Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I know it's only turning March, but the sounds from Ibrox are filling me with despair for next season. Already the management/Murray are saying that we still need to sell this year and if no money is raised by offloading players in the summer transfer market then we will have to make do with what we have, and if we sell without buying then we enter next year with a weaker squad than we have now. Suppose we win the league this year and paper over the obvious cracks, will we be good enough to mount a challenge to Sellik who would take a look at our squad and spend the few mill required to stroll the league, maybe sounding like the prophet of doom but if they win the league again this year when are we likely to stop them, hopefully after this season it won't come to that but I really am beginning to worry for our long term future.
simplythebest Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 You make good point but surely it's far too early to be looking that far ahead?
