It's still pre-season

Due to the fact that the players/management don't start back until mid-July,I am still of the opinion that many players will be sold and that we will sign 3 or 4 players ,of the calibre that will be able to go straight into the starting eleven.Whether it's before the re-start of training or after I'm not bothered. We need to be patient,I know it's hard ,especially when( they )are starting to make signings.Remember they need to get their act together for the end of July,we on the other hand have the luxury of another couple of weeks, which in time I think will prove to be vital.

Let them sign guys of the calibre of the Dundee Utd goalkeeper, the Nancy centre forward ,who has ben punted from pillar to post the last few seasons,Willo Flood, who couldn't get a game for cardiff because Gavin Rae kept him out the team.

Let's hope these class signings continue, and when the time is right let's hopefully pick up a paper or turn on the radio to the news that Rangers are signing some class player or players. We have found out to our cost far too many times that diving in at the opening of the transfer market ,just to make signings, has proved too costly.

So heads up ,we'll get there, and with the signings we all want.

Welcome to the site mate, I'm not too fussed, still think we have to get rid of a few more players first, but feel confident that there will be a couple of additions. Just don't expect any big name signings though, but if we do sign a relatively unknown like Bougie and Cuellar the season before then I'll be happy, as long as who is signed does well for us.

With the importance of trimming the squad, then some younger players will have more of an opportunity, don't care what anyone says about Walter, the majority of the squad are only mid 20s, and hopefully will be with us for years to come.

Good post mate - I think your right too...we earned the right to not worry for a few weeks by winning the league....

Im confident next season because I beleive winning the leage and the champions league money, we will not lose any our player that we would fear of losing. Fergie and mcgregor still may be sold but i dont think we will sell boyd, mendes or davis. Im hoping for a big season from mendes next season...season under his belt, knows what the game here is like and he is quality.... glad to see dailliy, hemdani and adam out the door..... gow will prob off the wage bill and lookign forward to seeing some youth boys coming through.

I think we will sign tonel.... aaron niguez might be the player for the left next season....cannot wait to hit the ground running

we are the people....and we welcome the chase

Glad to see that the majority of Rangers fans are of the same opinion.Let's wait until the season kicks off.if there are no signings then we may have cause to grumble .My feeling is that Rangers would want to go to the Emirates , Portsmouth and play Man City with a couple of new signings to at least give a good account of themselves.I've never known Rangers to go into a new season without any new players, and remember the best time to strengthen is when you are on top.

Sit back and let's see what unfolds.

I think some people still need to get used to the luxurious nature that comes with the Champion's pre-season :D

Relax, calm yourselves down and let the forces of evil worry about getting humped out of the Champions League in the qualifiers.

Not a competitive game till Aug 15, plenty of time.

Just over a fortnight till the first friendly though, canny wait

I presume you will be going as usual?

Well I gave it a miss last season, so not really 'as usual', but yes I am going, currently working on a road trip with a few bears.

Should be fun.

Be sure to take lots of pics and bring me back something nice.

Pics maybe but you don't deserve anything nice
