I take it there is no chance of getting a ticket for any games if your not in the travel club already?

I can get you any ticket for a game in Italy. Nae bother !! But you'll need to put up with Italian bullshit to get one.

I do love stats :pipe:

For example did you know that the European Cup/Champions League has never been won by a team from Europe's 7 biggest conurbations ... from memory they are as follows

London

Paris

Berlin

Rome

St Petersberg

Moscow

(and another one that I can't remember at the moment )

According to this Madrid is the 5th highest populated European City.

Where do you get figures for 'conurbations'?

it's Maccabi Haifa in pot 4, not Maccabi Tel-Aviv

and they play in the national stadium (42,000) because they can't host in their local stadium

Is the Israeli National Stadium in Haifa?

No, in Ramat Gan. 2 hours from haifa and 10 minutes from Tel-Aviv

doh Obviously, we played there in 2007.

That's excellent, I hope we draw them, a wee holiday in Tel Aviv would be just the thing.
