News flying about that Stevie Naismith is getting a start tomorrow :unsure:

Please no.

What's wrong with Naismith?

I just feel his rise to renaissance has been over-rated/stated this season.

Really nervous at the minute.

Hopefully Steven Flecther doesn't get dropped, he has impressed me so far this season. Also David Weir must start, with Gary Caldwell or Paul Hartley in the holding role.

What's wrong with Naismith?

His lack of balance,pace and basic ball control and his very high rate of losing possession has been overlooked by so many in his performances so far this season. I do not rate Maloney all that highly and although he is so predictable he is certainly a better player than Naismith.

Have to agree with every word you said there

Its just another KT al over again vastly overated by people who do not know what they are talking about

According to the BBC this is the team;

---------------------Gordon-----------------------

---Hutton-----Weir----McManus--Whittaker----

--------------------Hartley-----------------------

--Maloney---Brown---D.Flecther----Naismith-

--------------------Miller-------------------------

I quite like the sound of that team, tbh. Would rather S.Flecther to be in there though, but, it's still a team that can win.

He must be doing something right in training training though to be in contention for a place

Caught a swatch of the back page of the Rhebel this morning.

Apparently they 'understand' that Burley is going to go with the most attacking formation I've ever seen from a Scotland side;

Gordon

Hutton Weir McManus Whittaker

Brown Hartley Fletcher

Naismith Miller Maloney

That would be risky IMO.

Although, four Gers and one ex-Ger :D I may take a deeper interest in that!

Even though I reall don't like Burley and think he should be sacked as Scotland manager, I am pleased to see more of our players getting into the squad and playing, maybe not from the perspective that I prefer them to be fit and healthy to play for us, than pick up injuries on international duty, but I appreciate that the players themselves want to represent their country.
