Guest SandyWaTp
Following Barcelona's triumph in the CL last year, defeating Man Utd in the final, the topic of where Barcelona would they finish in the EPL was brought up. English Pundits were making claims they would finish 3rd or 4th and the like. This seems ludicrous considering they had just outclassed England's finest. However, their excuse was they would struggle to break down and beat teams like Stoke away from home. This is ridiculous ,with their players they would create plenty of chances. IMO they would win pretty much all their home games and the vast majority of their away games which would lead them to the trophy. Where do you think they would finish? nemisis 358
I agree its ludicrous to say they'd finish 3rd or 4 th. They would struggle to get into the top ten.

alstone 374
its impossible to say -top 4 certainly but you cant just say they would defo finish above man utd chelsea or liverpool because these are still top top teams
dylanger 0
We all saw the treatment a physical side like Chelsea gave them, its hard to say, definitely top 4 though.
FatPirateHooker 141
Well, they shouldn't have even been in the final, you can't take one result and uses it as a basis for an entire season. Man U hardly turned up to the final. I do think they would easily make they top 4 though, but there are a fair few teams in England that could keep up with Barca imo. Chelsea weren't that physical, they just played ultra-defensive. Despite this Barca still beat them, and were the better team over the 2 legs. FatPirateHooker 141
Eto was a bit of a nightmare in the dressing room anyway, and Ibra is equal quality imo, he's just been shite/unlucky in the CL.

FatPirateHooker 141
At this moment in time Barcelona are the best club side in the world bar none. You mean in your opinion dont you? I'm not saying they aint, but Madrid and Man U are in for a shout too. You simply cannot spend as much as Madrid have and not compete for "Best Team in the World" title.
