dummiesoot 16,003
I remember watching his TV interview during that tournament he hosted, just a few weeks back, was thinking to myself he just did not look right. His demeanour was very negative, for Tiger.

Seems completely daft to be playing a professional competition on a course that has mock up holes imo. https://golf.com/travel/courses/augusta-national-st-andrews-replica-holes-lpga-tour/ Better off going to Playsport in EK, they've got 9 who have a full course of them https://playsportgolf.co.uk/golf-course/#Overview Ladies Tour in America. I generally never notice what course they're on, who's winning, nothing...apart from the ladies. MacBoyd
Dickie1963 2,352
515 yard par 5 at Sawgrass. Dechambeau drive and 9 iron. Would have been a wedge but wind was in his face.

Good to see a little revival. I actually fancy Justin Thomas today (another Yank I can't stand) I would love to hit a tee shot on the 17th one day 😉

kplfishtank 4,656
Anyone played the McMillan longest day? We lost a good mate last Sunday and 4 of us have signed up to play 72 holes in one day. That could be 400 shots for me the way I’m playing just now. 😂😂
mclovin9091 1,388
Aye, i done it a few years ago and my feet weere fucked after 3 rounds. Needed a cart for the last round. Although it could have been down to the shitty worn out shoes that i promptly replaced afterwards. Good laugh none the less.

Gonna take 2 pairs of shoes and rotate after each round. I thought using a cart wasn’t allowed 👀😂 mclovin9091

Dickie1963 2,352
I have renewed enthusiasm. Played last 3 weekends. Played off 3 in 1988 but very happy with 81 and 82 last 2 rounds. Although I lost the money. Those days are gone. Its not so much 33 years ago as 3 and a half stone ago. New golf bag, new golf shoes going to be purchased and a new set of clubs. Fancy Titleist R400s. The only thing is I can't work out my handicap. It was 9 in old money. Think it could be 11 now ? Depends on the course slope and the tee I play off I think. Must get my head round that.
