Lose the stroke round the text and try a nice drop shadow instead. Play around with different fonts, or use all capitals doesn't look right with the lower and upper case together. Try this for a render, do it from top to bottom as if its on ur later grid in photoshopLayer 2 - Desaturate (Ctrl + Shift + U) Set to OverlayLayer 1 - Normal.This should blend in nicely with that big spain top render in the bg, maybe bring some of that green and yellow lighting from the front and stick it to the side of the shirt a little bit to blend it into the bg a little.
