Guest
According to news in the Sun tonight, it has emerged that Andrew Ellis is allegedly very close to putting in an official bid for the club after sifting through the clubs books. The news breaks on the same day as it became apparent that tentative enquiries were made by the Rangers Supporters Trust about having a wealthy benefactor, believed to be Jim McColl, buy the club and for the fans to then put their money into owning the club.View the full article

Frankie 505
sell it to do what ? you couldn't build flats on it.......Auchenhowie is green belt land but it would not be the first time a council has sanctioned plans for developments in such areas.I'm not sure any such (reasonably small-scale) development would be the sole cause for Ellis' interest in any case.
