Why are we so slow both on foot and in the mind

We were slow to see the danger and close men down - it caused us their first three goals.

We were slow to pass when on the ball and by the time we made up our mind all options were covered.

We were slow in the pace we played and continually got beat to the ball.

Strikers had no service except a big punt up from defence.

All the balls being punted up from defence went directly to the opposition.

No width at all.

No midfield at all.

Discraceful display.

dont no how many times i mentioned this last night mate. We dont press high enough up the pitch, we dont close the team down fast enough, and we dont look like we have the desire to get back fast enough, we were always left short at the back and alot of the time Wilson had to come from LCB to right back to cover, that cant happen every week.

Too many players are planning thir holidays and how they are going to celebrate.

They need to get the thing won first and that goes a step closer on Saturday. 3 points, good performance and scoring a few goals is the only way to make up for that last night.

It was just a bad night. It happens. I don't think it's complacency or a death spiral. It was just a poor performance, and we didn't get away with it.

I don't see any portents of a collapse. I've always thought the league would be won a lot later than most Rangers fans anticipate. Win it, we will.

I`m sure Walter won`t allow complacency or a poor performance to continue and he`ll certainly let the players no where they stand for Saturday`s game. Hopefully we`ll see a much improved performance.

It was awful to witness. We've have these problems for ages now, even though we've managed to keep grinding out results. In particular, the big punt to no one and the lack of closing the opposition down drives me pyoor radio rental! <cr> Is it really that difficult for our leaders to rectify these problems?

Just a bad night - I remember once being at Ibrox during the 9IAR years and we had been playing great and were 3-0 down by half time (I think it ended a 38 match unbeaten run or some such) - there were guys fighting in the bogs as some were calling for Walters head and some who felt one defeat in 38 was regretable but not such a bad deal. I think this will be just a blip and WS will have given the proverbial rocket !

Totally agree with this, and that's the main reason we lost, even though their goals were a bit fluky.

Definitely something we need to address.
