You must apply to Bobby Smith or I should say the NARSA exec with a check in US dollars when the convention is in the US or Canadian dollars when in Canada. When the tickets go on sale they are advertised on the NARSA website NARSA.ca usually around September or October and it is on a first come first served basis.
