We've got Umbro for one more year according to the Superstore Mgr.........I was in getting some bargain £3 socks and some of the vintage Umbro training gear!!

well the deal is supposed to run out this summer and wasn't supposed to be getting renewed so it says last year on the official site.

realistically, if it was a new deal with a totally new (and well-established) sports manufacturer, surely we would have heard something on the matter by now?

For this reason, i think no deals have been made or discussed or offered because of our situation and it will be the same again next year.

Well if u look at the Scotland/Adidas deal, that was announced about 5 months before the release date. Think we would have heard something if there had been a money spinning deal been done (like the Tennents one)

Of course there will be one other vital difference this season as Carling will no longer be the Rangers kit sponsor. It was announced recently that Tennents Lager will be the new Rangers Shirt sponsor although nobody is quite sure how they will represent their brand on the shirts. The current favourite is a simple T to appear on the shirt although it may be the full Tennents that they will use.

Whatever way the sponsoring goes we are certain that Rangers fans the world over will be delighted when they see the new home and away kits and you can be assured that Football Nation will bring you images of the new Rangers kits as soon as they are available. Details of pre orders for the Rangers Shirt will also be available soon.
