Mo Edu

Recommended Posts

Just back from the game tonight and i thought that in the second half Edu really came onto a game. He seemed to be getting fairly stuck in and i also thought he began to offer an option in attack, especially a few times with Miller.

Don't know if it was just me that noticed though, thoughts? :beer1:

Edu always seems to do better in second half of games, he needs to hit the ground running.
That's like me saying... in my opinion, grass is blue.

It just isny right!
What a crock of shit. Edu was pish tonight and is massively overrated, most Rangers fans just can't accept that.

I thought he was shockin' tonight apart from his pass which set up Millers near miss..

He even tackled Steven Davis at one point doh

Both central midfielders weren't hungry enough. Simple as that. Lazy at times

another read lol

hungry enough how many midfielders di we have on the pitch tonight? they left no end of open spaces for the scum to run round ud, the 2nd half did change but just not as good as it could/should have been

editforgive me Johnny for i have sinned i kinda got drunk and totally misread yer post

Aye, everytime were at that hole they always get this spell of early pressure, then seem to settle a bit after a while. Need to be standing up to them from the start.

Thats also the second time in 2 seasons we've scored there and then conceded a soft goal a minute later

Mo had a very disjointed 1st half by the standard he can reach, but then again,he certainly wasn't the worst in the team, to be quite honest.Fat pig Boruc didn't have a fuckin thing to do in that 1st half apart from the last 5 minutes.

I still have confidence that Mo Edu will be a very useful player for us next season and I'm not going to slag him because of that 1st half where we were rank rotten and couldn't pass wind, never mind pass the fucking ball to a team mate.

Dreadful performance as usual tbh.

I agree...few decent we passes but thats it.... what fucking position is his main position! He is slow... takes too much time and I personally dont think he is that aggresive

Edu and Thomson in the middle lacks creativity for me :anguish:

A must have been watching a different game tonight, thought Thomo done well at holding back and Edu done brilliantly going forward, Had a few bad moments, but every time the ball was at his feet felt alot more comfortable than a would have with McCulloch.

Should be in the 1st team IMO.

Anonymous in the first half and slightly better in the second half.

It really pains me when he goes in for a 50/50. He should be going in and cleaning everything but more often than not he comes out second best. And at times he is so pedestrian!

Still improvements to be made in his game.

Thought he had a shocking first half - yet again so did most the team, but was good in the second half. I think there's a lot of aspects of his game he needs to work on but I really do believe he can turn into a great player for the team.
