the brown brogue 1,189 Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 The fact that there is a new school and neighbourhood centre in the development sounds a lot like it'll be a Public-Private Partnership with Fife Council meaning this is almost a no-risk venture and pretty much guaranteed to make money, hence why Lloyds will loosen the purse strings once again to back him.
