Castilian 8
I was just about to ask the same question. I believe that Celtic will be seeded in the play offs. If that's true it's unbelievable.
WeeBlue 39
I was hoping Liverpool but that wont happen if they're seeded.
Muff 245
Do they have to go through a qualifying round to get into the Europa League proper? And, is the Europa League still a group competition?
Amac9 2,060
This might sound strange to some but I hope celtc make it into the Europa League. There is next to no money in it, more games for them , more chance of injuries, having to play on a Thursday which in turn means having to play on a Sunday... It's not like they are going to win it.

Muff 245
Cheers I hope they make the Europa League proper, more games So they will have a trip to Inverness, followed by a Europa qualifier, a league game and the second leg - great news!Neil Lennon is already under pressure, let's hope Terry Butcher put's him under even more pressure! polar bear 0
Do they have to go through a qualifying round to get into the Europa League proper? And, is the Europa League still a group competition?Aye! Muff they have to play in the next play-off round to advance to the League proper. They are seeded mind you, that's why Iwas asking,if there were any chance of playing Dundee Utd. as they are unseeded. archangel gabriel amato 240
I'd like to see them get through and then hammered in the group stages the more humiliation the better
Creampuff 22,630
I want them to stay in the Europa League so that if we finish 3rd in our Group, we could knock them the fuck out

papaguy51 941
I agree that as much as I don't want to see them win a game, we need them to be playing as many (pointless) games as possible. It would be of a big benefit to Rangers.
NOLUWDC 1
I'd say we want them in there. Low prize money and Thursday games which gives them less time to recover. And the co-efficient of course.
NOLUWDC 1
Anyone know who Timmy are likely to meet in the play-off round, Could it be Dundee Utd.?They can't face Dundee United or Motherwell. They could get Borussia Dortmund, Red Star Belgrade or Dinamo Zagreb though. They'll have friendlies lined up over in Japan or something or other to pass the time.
Orangeclement 619
they could face any number of teams including Utd , HIbs and Motherwell if they qualify as there is no protection from meeting clubs in the same nation anymore
