BILLYSNOVO 5
The squad we have is pretty bare, however there are quite a few gems in there like gregs, bougie, davis etc. With the premiership only allowing teams to register 25 players could we wait till they are announced and pick up the ones who have missed out on loan for a reasonable loan rate?Looking for instance Man city? masses of fantastic talent and many wont play this season we will have the ball in our court as any deal is better than having players earning who cannot play
flecky1 4
loan signings are very welcome as long as they are better than our strongest 11 playersno problem, bring them ini wont be moaning if the loan player(s) scores the goal(s) that wins us the europa league or league title
Thommo 708
Wont be too surprised if we see 1 or 2 come in on loan near the end of the transfer window
Papa Sasac 164
I always thought there was a limit on the amount of loan players you can bring in, is this the case?Barazite has a good chance I would say.
Jimfanciesthedude 25,697
it depends on what we are to pay themi dont want us spending high wages just to "borrow" a player for a year, especially if the poor bastard gets crocked and we end up stuck with the wages for nothing, as well as that these guys may end up huffing at being shipped out on loan, and have a bad attitudeyoung lads (like the arsenal boy) that are looking to make a name for themselves are a different story though, cheapish wages and a hunger to succeedthat would do me
Muff 245
Not too keen on loan signings tbh
Andy1872 0
wouldn't have any complaints about any loan players coming in as long as they can enhance the playing squad. the boy barazite looks half decent
simplythebestest 2,150
I'm all for it if the wages are acceptable (preferably a %) and the players are better than the first XI & want to play. Simple as that.
gandhisflip 5
I'm all for it if the wages are acceptable (preferably a %) and the players are better than the first XI & want to play. Simple as that. In normal circumstances id say no to a loan signings but given our current situation then i think it's essential. If they are sensible targets we can also agree fees if they do well or look to arrange a transfer if they do the business (Steve Davis anyone??). laudrupno1 3,932
would love to see afew loans comin in to bolster the squad
skinnymate1690 808
would rather get 2 or 3 proper signings ,because we have another 6 players or so out of contract next season and who knows if we will be able to give some of them a contract . so if we dont make a few signings then our squad will be extremely thin
doddsyRFC 1
Corry Evans?
Creampuff 22,630
A few loans with agreed fees for a future transfer would be nice, it would have made signing Davis a bit quicker.
50ShadesofBlue 667
I'm all for loan signings especially with this new 25 man squad rule in the EPL.
garycassidy1802 37
I'd rather a couple of quality loan signings than players like Tommy SMith and James Beattie tbhMan City is looking like a good place to pick some rejects from
