Clemdog 39,388
Just showed how much he's been working on improving his game, especially in the first half Mcgregor's ball distribution was top notch. Hopefully he can keep this up It's been apparent since the start of the season, taking the ball and looking for runs and spreading the ball about as fast as possible. But he also know's when he just needs to calm the tempo down. Really impressive start to the season by Shagger
Davie2909 21
Fantastic keeper IMO. Just needs to keep it going
Bobby 41
We have been SO lucky with keepers this last while, just shows the big man upstairs is on our side Woods, Goram, Klos, Shagger.Has any team in the world had 4 keepers THAT good inside the last 25 years?Shagger is a fantastic keeper - his kicking etc has let him down in the past - seems to give the ball away far too much, so if he is improving thats great news
laldo 4
same mate thought he has become a more confident goalkeeper with coming for crosses and distribution ect..not had many saves to make and thats due to the class of our defence lately and lets hope it stays that way.keep it up shagger. MasterD 7,414
noticed it myself this season, everytime he gets the ball its a quick throw out left and right, or a kick left and right to the full backs, it was probably the main thing missing from his game and he seems to have improved loads since last season
HooliGoon 1
To be honest last season I thought Alexander was the better keeper. But this season Shagger has been amazing. And he's only getting better.
Ozblue 4,331
Everybody keeps on about shagger and how lucky we are to have him as he is a brilliant keeper...which he most certainly is. We also are blessed to have ANOTHER excellent keeper in Alexander, who while not being quite as good as Greegsy, would walk into any other team in Scotland no argument at all.The situation might not be the best for Alexander's career, but it's absolutely brilliant for us. DarcheVinny 1,003
yep near everytime he collects the ball he's quickly rolling it out to either flank, keep it up allan
Jamie1807 146
He should be the permanent Scotland number 1I rate Craig Gordon, but Shagger is miles better
demise 2,946
We are so lucky to have the best two goalkeepers in the SPL McGregor made a crucial save yesterday, early in the 2nd half with 1-0 score. That was the most important moment in the game imo.
Gartcosh Bear 124
Greegs has been top notch so far this season.
RFC55 104,183
Surprised i have not seen anyone mention his distribution at OT the other day. It was excellent, always finding a man rather than just blootering it up the park.Excellent start to the season

bluepeter 5,627
I'm normally leading the calls for McGregor to be dropped in favour of Alexander, but he has improved on the areas of his game he was lacking in. Keep it up Shagger!

Goianegra 4,600
I'm in no way slagging Alexander as he to is a fantastic goal keeper but it's no cotest who's beter imo. Feel sorry for Alexander
kyle 3
Shagger's distribution has always been his downfall. Lets hope it continues to improve.definately,he has a habbit of just fucking it up the park to no mans land

MarcoNegri9 0
On another note, he got dogs abuse from scummy united fans in the second half. But he's no stranger to that and it was like water off a ducks back to him.
BlueSuedeSambas 52,692
Any other SPL team or even possibly lower half of the premiership, Alexander would be first choice. I guess that's a testiment to McGregor and is why he's easily in the top 5 British goalkeepers. Neil, would probably be in the top 10.That's a massive exaggeration RE Alexander. Before he joined us Alexander hadn't even played at a higher level than Championship and he hasn't come on so much that he's better than the twenty/thirty keepers who were better than him a couple of years ago.Alexander is a solid number two for a club the size of ours. That's about it.
