Glad to see us win today but.........

I think we have major problems at the back, we cant defend cross balls and a better team will take advantage of this, also when boogie has a off day the whole back 4 look lost it worries me big time!

Rooney, Giggs and the likes couldn't take advantage of it.

Defence is a huge worry, David Weir and Sasa Papac look a bit lost the now, the Captain moreso, Bougherra has been off the boil lately, head elsewhere maybe, and poor Whittaker cannot cover for 2 or 3 fellow defenders off their game. The goals being scored against us are easy goals, goals good teams should not lose.

Bougherra made 2 mistakes and it cost us 2 goals.

On another day, he wouldn't make those mistakes. On another day, even if he did, the other team wouldn't take the chances

Our defence had an off day but we know what they are capable of... calm down!

I wouldn't say the first one was Boughies fault tbh.

Did you see the Old Trafford gemme?

Your trying to sniff something out that your not going to get. Of course i saw the Man Utd game, we defended with 10 men behind the ball including our keeper and Man Utd have started their season very poorly without their manager making so many changes, if we were a bit better/bolder or more clinical up front, we could have won. The whole team that night defended brilliantly, but we attacked very poorly, im sure Walter said as much. Relevance anyway? Your not telling me we will park the bus on Wednesday are you?

I'd say if he was more on the ball he would have pushed out in line with the other defenders.

A centre back like him shouldn't be sleeping sitting back playing the guy onside. A yard would have been all it would have taken and he is usually superb at keeping a line.

That is a centre back's job! I should know, i get it wrong often enough :craphead:
