j1mgg 3,766 Posted September 27, 2010 Share Posted September 27, 2010 If you list what laptop and model it is, then as said above it may have a booting option to do a factory reinstall.If not then you will have to acquire a program that can tell you what your current windows key/ or get the COA on the bottom activated. you will also need a operating system disc of whatever you have at the moment i.e xp, xp pro, vista home etc Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
