First win in 14 Champions League games?

It's not a big deal and I'm not offended or anything, but how lazy and slack can they get? it took me about 1 minute to count it up that they were wrong.

Don't get how they could get that so wrong, It was on most news channels before the game that our last CL win was that famous night in lyon.

Even if they were meaning European games and had a mis-print, we won in Lisbon at the 1/4's the other year so that would break that sequence up even more.

As I said, I'm not angry or that - I just feel "meh" with the standard of journalism sometimes.

Piss poor most the times but that's that I guess.

We'd gone 12 games without a win (3 Games in UEFA Cup - S/Fs and Final-, 2 Games against Kaunus, 6 games last season and Old Trafford this season) meaning most people could trot out the 'win at the 13th attempt' line. In the CL we'd gone 11 group games (last 4 in 07/08, all 6 Last season and OT this season) without a win so I suppose if they threw in Kaunus (which they shouldn't) you could say we'd gone 13 without a win in the Champions League. Doesn't matter now though because here's 2 stats for you: 1. Walter has now got the result he has set out to get in every single game in every single competition this season. 2. We are now both the first and last Scottish team to win a Champions League game both Home and Away.

Fuck the bbc, this mhob need dealt with, only station not to show the goal in their news bulletins last night, the result grudgingly shown at the end of reporting Scotland in 6 point type. You could hardly read it. jackie burd is a skinny slag and a boot. Would be like riding a bag of bones. :sherlock:

And certain people were told to their face by a very very high heid yin that there is no anti Rangers agenda within the BBC.

Needless to say one or two burst out laughing att his ludicrous statement.

The bias from that CORRUPT and MORALLY BANKRUPT organisation is as blatant as it could ever be.

Quite why no one bothers to take it up with them from the club or from a political aspect is beyond me.

Does anyone in our support or club actually give a fuck anymore?

STV are no better I'm afraid.

Yet another CL season without a Rangers game in Scotland.

They seems to just accept what the ITV (English) companies offer.

Another kick-in-the-baws to the vast Rangers support nationwide who either can't attend a midweek game or can't afford the three-game package.

As for Sky?

Fuck Sky.

A Taig-owned (Murdoch is a mega-Taig) international conglomerate.
