Frankie 505 Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 If you're coming back into town from Tynecastle, then I'd get a taxi to either the West end of Rose Street or George Street and working your way East along either one (or both) of these pub laden avenues, whereby ending up a few mins from Waverley station for the train. j1mgg 3,766 Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 A few of us walk from tynecastle to the haymarket bar after the game there.I would bring a bag or top with you if you are wearing any rangers stuff as the pubs wont let you in closer to town.I would go for George street rather than rose street.The grass market is a good shout if it is sunny.
